TIME AFTER TIME (KathBie)

Prologue:

Mataas ang sikat ng araw at pawis na pawis na siya. She was panting like crazy but she didn’t stop running. She needs to catch him and explain. She needs to explain why she’s doing this. He kept running away, away from her. He didn’t look back even if she keeps shouting out his name. Everything was already clear to him. He reached his house and locked the gate and doors. He shut her out of his life. She kept calling out his name. Tears are running down her face. It seemed endless. She kept shouting as she shook the gate. She’s little but it seemed like she can break the gate down. She shouted and shouted. And cried and cried.

“Christian!” Her eyes opened suddenly. Droplets of sweat are forming on her forehead even if she’s in an air-conditioned area. She breathed in and out heavily trying to catch air. 

“That dream again?” lumingon siya sa tabi niya. She saw a young ,handsome and familiar face.

“Yes, but I’m fine.” She explained as she look out of the window.

“You must me anxious. We’re home, Mara.” Ang tanging nasabi ng lalaking katabi.
