Elena's POV
"Recruits!"
"Yes sir!"
"It's training time and training time is when you listen to me and me alone!"
"Well he seems so... nice." I whisper to the other guard standing next to me.
" ELENA FLORES!!!!!"
"Yes sir?"
"If you have something to say say it to everyone!"
"I said I'm so excited to be a part of the guard."
"This time we will let you off with a warning but next time-"
"Okay, sorry sir."
"Now everyone go run a mile around the palace and, Flores.."
"Yes?"
"Two miles for you." The whole group snickered.
"Yes sir." Maybe this was going to be harder then I thought.
I ran in circles around the palace everyone finished and I was still running but I guess it made sense because, I had to run double the amount.
I crossed the line sweating, "Next time don't talk while I am talking!" The head of the guard screamed in my face.
"Yes sir." Oh I am so not ready for this.
