"sir, are you okay?"

i shoot up, seeing an old woman focusing on my face. i feel some of my old pure feelings wash up, how adorable she is.

"i'm alright, thank you ma'am."

she smiles gently, walking by slowly, i see some cars fly by. she doesn't look left or right, lots of honking takes place. i sigh, do i really have too? i walk by her, holding her hand, while using my telekinesis to stop the cars. they stop, their tires still revving, i finally have her across on another sidewalk.

she tries fixing her glasses, but fails, she's so small. i realize she's half my size, i pat her head.

"thank you, young fellow."

i feel myself chuckle, aw.

"of course."

i walk away from her, and begin looking around, so this is what it's like? never have i thought it'd smell like this, from what i've seen from the clouds. i was honestly stranded, god knows where. no pun intended.

"need a ride?"

i see a taxi driver pull up next to me, i easily recognize his canadian accent.

"well, where are we?"

he raises his eyebrows, i wait for him to answer me.

"you're in pickering, ontario, canada. kid, you okay?"

funny that he's calling me kid since i've been born before this entire galaxy was created. i nod, before camouflaging myself. i needed to find this girl, the image of her flashes through my mind. i shoot up in the air, spreading my black wings, i flew through the sky. as i'm in the sky, i close my eyes, a pounding in my head.

he was trying to communicate with me from above, i let him in.

her name is leah boran, she is from pickering, ontario, canada. she goes to brookestone high, she lives with one of our guardians, alex. become her friend, contact us once you have her.

i feel the connection drop, with that, i fly to brookestone. i calmly reach the ground, retracting my wings, and putting down my camouflage. i looked like any other teenager, i push through the schools doors. seeing the clock, 2:03pm, she should still be in school. i walk to the office.

"oh, hello, how may i help you?"

"hello, i'm looking for leah boran?"

she scrolls through her computer.

"she has gone home early, why may you need her?"

"oh, no reason. thank you."

i leave the school, and look around, where the hell am i going to crash? i go into a small plaza, putting up my camouflage again. i steal a computer, and some extra clothes from a public outlet, i'll just borrow a mansion.

"you're going on a business trip, if anyone asks who i am. you tell them i'm your younger distant cousin whose in town to take care of your place."

the man nods his head, getting into his car, and drives away from the expensive neighborhood. i smile to myself, he's got a nice place i've got to say. dropping my stolen stuff, i whistle a tune, i don't get hungry. nor do i sleep. turning on my computer, i go to work on all the information of kara i can.

                             leah's pov

"dad?"

i see that my house's door is open, i gently push it open, it doesn't creak. i don't see my dad, i'm not afraid, but worried that something might have happened to him. i walk inside, the house was still tidy, i sigh in relief.

"hoe."

i throw a pillow at him hard, hitting him in the head, he groans. turning over.

"what?"

"you left the door open again, don't scare me like that."

scolding him, i sit on his body, causing him to wheeze.

"you're so heavy, off."

he whines, i get off him, as he finally wakes up. smiling wide.

"sorry, i was tired, but the fettuccine should still be warm. it's on the counter."

i smile, ruffling his hair a bit. after eating some of the dinner he made me, i walk upstairs slowly. feeling full, food baby? food baby. stripping out of my tight skinny jeans, and t- shirt, i throw on a sports bra.

and some athletic shorts, as i fix my uneven curtains, i see a car pull out of my neighbors driveway. looking at my neighbors doorway, i see a tall brunette man, he has a full on black outfit. i stop breathing.

oh my god.
