10 years ago, I promised I'll find him.

10 years ago, I said My love won't change.

10 years ago, I cried for him.

10 years ago, I left.

10 years later... He's gone.

"Smiiiiiiiile~" I smiled as he click the capture button.

He kissed me on the forehead. "The Prettiest." He said. I just smiled.

"Oppa, What if ano... 'yang..."

"Ano?" Tanong niya.

"You know... what if bigla akong nawala?"

"Iiwan mo 'ko?" Nakakunot na noo niyang tanong.

"Hindi naman sa ganon. Alam mo diba accidents might happen anytime, anywhere. So what if lang? Anong gagawin mo?"

"Susundan kita." Tinampal ko ang balikat niya... "grabe ka."

"Anong gusto mo na gawin ko?"

"Ahhhmmm.... syempre mabuhay ka pa rin na masaya! Yung makakahanap ka pa rin ng babaeng katulad ko. Yung mag-aalaga sayo at aalagaan mo. At yung makakasama mo na sa buong buhay mo."

"Nah. Mamamatay na yata ako sa kakahanap ng tulad mo."

"Eh!"

"Hahaha. Ayoko munang isipin 'yon. And mas better kung ikaw rin. Huwag na huwag mo akong iiwan ng basta-basta!" Nakangisi niyang tugon.

"Oo na." Nakangiti kong sagot.

Those memories... those conversation... Now I remember kung kanino iyon. Ang panaginip na lagi kong napapanaginipan. It is not a dream, it is just a missing piece in a puzzle that I can't really remember. Now those pieces are being combined to complete a lovely and painful memories that is hidden deeply in my heart.

"Who are you?" I asked again.

He dazed on me. "It's me Chan."

"No. You can't fool me anymore. You're not him." His face looks shocked then he looked down.

"At last." He mumbled.

"What?" Tanong ko.

"Look JinE... I don't want to fool you, I'm sorry. It just..." he paused and looked me into my eyes.

"It is his last wish." I don't know but i started to teary eyed..

"Anong ibig mong sabihin?"

"A year ago. He was diagnosed on having Brain Tumor. He fought and have a surgery. We thought it's the end...but the tumor grow doubled and that even the surgery cannot really help him anymore. We are hopeless yet he is still fighting...because he said he have you. He said you promised. Until... he's tired of fighting and already gave up. He was a warrior and as his best friend I was mad at you. Why? Why you didn't show up in his funeral? Where are you to those times he needs you? Then I found out you're in coma for five years... and his only wish is that to protect you. To make you happy. And until his last breath he just smile as he reminisce those memories you have together. He cherish it so much to the point that he can't hate you. Thank you for that."
