I apologize for being away from this journal for two weeks. I was not feeling up to do anything and I did not want to be ranting to you. I will do my best to fill you in on as many things as I can.
I taught my Civics class. The teacher said that I taught better than he did.
My choir argued about snowmen rights while creating a politically correct version of Frosty the Snowman.
I missed out on J-Fred's birthday.
I went to a basketball game of my home team, the Detroit Pistons. (Our team won because we have the dancing usher, if any of you remember when that happened.)
I got my braces.
Today, my mom and I took my brother (not Nathan) on a trip to the mall for his birthday, which was yesterday. We went to see the movie Priceless which I highly suggest that you see. Most of the car ride was me singing Heathens because it was playing on the radio. Overall, it was a decent day and I almost skipped today's journal entry.

Moses replied, “When I have gone out of the city, I will spread out my hands in prayer to the Lord. The thunder will stop and there will be no more hail, so you may know that the earth is the Lord’s.
– Exodus 9:29 (NIV)
"God could have stopped the hail without Moses’ prayer, yet God determined to work through Moses to free the Israelites from the slavery of Egypt. The sovereign God uses prayer to accomplish His purposes and prayer invites us into the work of God. Prayer is not only a vehicle of change on the earth; prayer is a vehicle of change in the believer, for answered prayer reminds us that the earth is the LORD’s." - Dave Whitehead

Today, I have two songs to make up for missing so many days. Heathens by Twenty One Pilots and Priceless by For King and Country.

There is no celebrity birthday today. I have no prayer requests today. If you have any, please let me know. I would love to pray for you. Soar on, Eagle Army!
