Cambria awoke at the same time again. She scratched her arm gently, feeling it tingle like bugs were crawling inside of it. She shook it out thinking she'd fallen asleep on it. She took a look at the clock, it read 3:28 am. Cambria sighed, took in a deep breath, then got out of her bed. Looking down the hallway she noticed her parents bedroom door wide open. she sleepily made her way towards her parents room. she walked in and looked around, the bed was made, the drawers on the side of the wall were closed and the TV was off. She walked to their bathroom and noticed it had been undisturbed the whole day. I thought they were home. They should be home. Cambria walked out of the room and down the hallway. She ran the stairs and turned the corner, slipping on the rug. Regaining her balance she opened the door to the basement and made her way down the stairs. she located her brothers room and knocked softly a couple of times. No answer. She slowly opened the door and peeked inside. No one. The bed was made, his room was clean, and Kody was no where to be found. Cambrai began to panic she turned and stumbled up the stairs, feeling her body shake uncontrollably.

"T-they're gone. No ones here. That could only mean one thing." she said to herself.

She ran a shaky hand through her brown hair and walked into the kitchen. She opened the fridge and got out a some chocolate milk to help her calm down. She closed the door and noticed a small post it note on the fridge that read:

"Took your brother to the doctor. He's been acting strange as of late. Won't be back until Friday night."

Today is Friday, so it's not what I thought it was. She breathed a sigh of relief and began to drink her chocolate milk, laughing to herself.

Cambria turned to the clock noticing it was 5:50 am, and time to get ready for school. After her little scare she spent her time playing a video game until it was time to leave for school. She got up and turned off the game system and began walking upstairs towards her bathroom. She looked in the mirror and studied herself closely. She shook her head and began splashing cold water on her face. She began doing her normal routine, but today she straightened her hair instead of the usual curls. She went to her room and opened her closet. Cambria pulled out black leggings, that had fleece on the inside to keep her warm, considering it was November. She pulled them on then put on her favorite gray fitting sweatshirt, with a blue hood and cuffs. She went to the garage and out on her blue sneakers and made her way to school.

School dragged on and on. Cambria stood in her art class studying a blank canvas, having no inspiration. A thought popped to her mind, a thought of a thunder storm, booming over head and flashes of bright lightning. She vigorously began painting her image while it was still fresh in her mind. As her picture began to come together, she slowed her painting pace and opened up her mind to the world around her once again. Cambria was alone in her art class. No friends or really anyone to talk to. She didn't really have any friends, people didn't even try to talk to her or get to know her. But at this point in her life, she was used to being neglected by everyone in her school. She heard a girls voice, her name was Alex.

"Where is Ms. Parkins? I can't find her anywhere." she exclaimed.

Cambria turned towards Alex, who seemed flustered. A boy came in shortly after by the name of Josh.

"There aren't any teachers any where. I talked to my friend and he said his teacher stepped out for a bit and hasn't returned." he said looking around at everyone.

Another girl with curly black hair raised her hand, "I'm getting text messages like crazy. Everyone's saying their teacher is missing."

Cambria made her way out into the hallway when she noticed the Student Body Officers making their way down the hallways.
