Here's our interview with stringslady , the winner of our last contest. If you'd like to read her winning entry, go check out my reading list called Contest Winners and there you will find it.

Host: Ithildae
Guest: stringslady

Ithildae: Question One: how long have you been on wattpad?

stringslady: November 2014

Ithildae: Okay cool. Question Two: how did you discover it?

stringslady: My sister @morbidbunny told me about it.

Ithildae: Ah, I see! I know @morbidbunny! Very cool :) Now, Question Three: What's your favorite genre to write in?

stringslady: Oh gosh! Mystery/suspense, fanfictions and adventure.

Ithildae: Haha, nice. Okay, Question Four: what (or who) inspires you to write?

stringslady: Hmmm nothing or no one in particular. I just get an idea for a story and start writing it. Feedback is a huge help when dealing with writer's block!

Ithildae: I see. I totally agree! Question Five: Who's your favorite author (either on wattpad or in real life)

stringslady: in real life- Margaret Peterson Haddix

Ithildae: I don't think I've heard of her. I'll have to check her out! Question Six: what book have you written (or are you writing) that you are most proud of?

stringslady: I've become so attached to all of my works but I'd have to say my most favorite, at this time, is Log Off.

Ithildae: Oh I can totally relate. Okay, Question Seven: what is your favorite aspect of writing? Or it's process?

stringslady: That's an interesting question. I absolutely love when I just start writing on my phone and don't even have to think of what to write, it just flows out and practically writes itself. Most of Log Off happened this way.

Also there is nothing like the feeling of an achievement of when you finish a chapter that you personally really love, whether anyone else likes it or not, you know it's good. But not in a conceded way, you know what I mean?

Ithildae: Yes, you described it perfectly! I feel the same way. :) Okay, last question. Question Eight: what advice do you do have for other aspiring writers like yourself?

stringslady: Never give up on your writing. If you don't like it, or think it's bad, improve on it or change it up but don't throw it away.

Ithildae: Great advice! Thanks so much :) And congratulations on winning first place in our contest!

stringslady: Thank you so much! The interview is a very unique and original idea, nice job!

Ithildae: Your welcome! And thank you ;)
