"At this point we'll all starve." I announce as I pushed open the bedroom door. Mia holding my hand and following me into the room.

Once again, the twin alphas were in a stand-off and Bambi, now in jeans,  was in the middle of it. "What's happened now?" I sighed.

"All I did was ask who's car are we taking and now their about to kill each other again." My sister said. She stood literally in the middle of the now yelling brothers. Holding them back from one another.

"Are you kidding me? We always take the jeep! You know that!" Vinnie poked his brother in the chest.

We could all see the spark in Vince's eye ignite into a flame. The anger radiating off of him was chilling. In that moment I wondered how I could let my sister live in this environment for this long. Vince alone clearly has explosive anger issues but Vinnie can't seem to think for himself. It's a real recipe for disaster.

"Would you two just get over yourselves! I can't keep breaking up these stupid little fights!" She yelled, finally silencing them. "If you two wanna to stay here and fight all night that's fine by me! We'll go to dinner without you." Pushing through the supposed men, my sister stomped over to Mia and I.

"Your not going anywhere without us Bambi." Vince spoke.

She whipped back around so quickly I was sure her neck would snap.

"Screw you...asshole." She spat before curving Mia and I to stomp out of the room. She was fed up and now was I.

"Bambi wait..." before Vinnie could follow after her, I spoke.

"I should have been here to stop this sooner. I knew -- I knew shouldn't have let her leave so easily but I thought she could handle it. My sister is strong but she can only take so much." I felt Mia's small hand gently squeeze mine. Naturally calming me.

"I think, until you two can grow up and handle your shit like men this isn't a good environment for my sister."

Instantly Vinnie's eyes grew wide. "What are you saying?" He knew exactly what I was saying.

"I think you two need some -- brother time. To figure things out and settle your differences. Without Bambi,"

Vince began to laugh cynically." If you think you're gonna take my mate from me you're crazy." His dark eyes were burning into my soul but I wasn't scared. I have leverage.

Letting Mia's hand fall, I took a bold step forward.

"You know what Vince I think you're the crazy one. And your brother here, is a pussy without you. She's your mate and your possessive, I get that but you're like a bomb just waiting to explode. I know it's rough to share but you can't just snap whenever something doesn't go your way. Man up and treat my sister like she's supposed to be treated. That goes for both of you. She's not a pet, she's not a  doll for you to play with. She's a lot more powerful than you think and she sure as hell isnt gonna put up with your bullshit for much longer. Now you can fight me all you want but In a couple of days when John and I go home, I'm taking my sister with me."

"The beautiful she-wolf behind me, she's coming too. And If I have to fight you both to get my sister home, I will."

"I'm down to kick some ass too." Johns voice came into the room. I didn't bother to look back at him. I knew he had my back.
