Chapter 27

It had been half a hour since I was sitting on the counter with a recipe book in my hand trying to see what was easy and tasty that I could make for myself . Then I came across the pic of a delious panini. So I started taking out all the ingredients that I thought was needed . I took out bread and the tomatoes and everything . I threw my hair in a high Pony tail .

I could hear dad and mom laughing at Moose's stupid and lame jokes . I couldn't help but smile . I was so happy for mom . It had been years since she laughed like that. But right now I had to focus on my food .

I was about to start when Moose came from behind and poked me on my waist . I jumped up in suprise . It was a weird old habit of his . I just ignored his stare and focused on my dinner . But his stare was so intense that I couldn't help but snap at him " what! Is it ? Could stop staring at me like that it's creepy." He just smiled but didn't move his gaze from me

" it's good to see my bestie cook after so many years and see her smile" I looked at him confused . Smile?
"Ya I saw you smiling" ok now I get it . But what confused me was him . What did he have personality issues or he had a split personality I didn't know and now I really didn't want to know . I changed the topic and kicked him out of the kitchen so that I could concentrate properly .

I woke up with a pounding head . I felt so weak and I couldn't even move a muscle . When my eyes got adjusted to the light that was beaming at me . I saw a white room with one red couch on the side . I touched my pounding forehead and came in contact of a big buldge only later did I realise that I was in the hospital . And my head was aching so badly coz I had hurt it . I looked around and the only person I saw was Moose . He was sitting on the couch . No not sitting he was sleeping .

I had absolutely no idea how did I end up in a hospital when I was cooking my panini . I tried moving but no luck . I was just too weak .
Moose was sleeping and I was thirsty n I needed water . I mean he was the only person sitting there which is very strange cause I was expecting my dad or my Mom at least but no it was Moose instead.

"Moose ....get up .....Moose ...." I whispered yelled bt that guy would just not get up . " Moose !"
" woah ! Please don't hurt me I haven't met emma stone yet" I looked at him in amusement and I burst into laughing .

He rubbed his eyes and asked a little irritated " B it's 4 in the morning why are you ....SHOUTING !" he asked shouting back . " I Need a lot of answers but first I need some water cause I'm effing thirsty" .

He walked over to the other side and picked up the jug poured some water in the glass. BT instead of handing me the glass he was picking me up into a sitting position . That's when I realised yea right I was too weak to even drink a glass of water . I drank up the water and was lying down again .

I was about to ask him a hundred of questions like how did I come here where is my dinner and all those stuff . But before I could even open my mouth and ask him anything . He started jumping up and down like a lunatic and went outside screaming at the top of his voice in the whole hospital .

OK is there a spare bed . Because I think SOMEONE needs to be hospilized but in a mental hospital !
