Two Princess and Two Dragons

The fight

Time skip.
It was 10 pm
Venus walks into Kagami's house with takeout. "Kagami I have food." "Put  mines in the fridge," Kagami yells from somewhere upstairs. Putting her food in the fridge Venus walks upstairs.

"Hey. I'm sorry for not helping. Natsu drags me out before I could even process it." with her enhance hearing, she finds Kagami on the third level. "Kagami? Aren't you tired? You've been working non-stop." Venus walks up the stairs, but stops, shocked. "Wha"

Right in front of Venus were Kagami and Laxus, covered in paint.

Kagami was working on her design, while Laxus was finishing painting the wall blue. "Whaaaa?" Kagami turns around. "What's for dinner?" "Chipot- wait why are you two covers in paint. God Kagami, I can't leave you alone for one day." "Oh don't be like that. I was just playing around but this dragon here decided to go to war. So yeah." Kagami smiles.

"Okay well, you are not sleeping over my place until you shower." "Don't worry the movers are coming at 6 tomorrow so I'm not going to sleep." "Fine. Anything I can do?" "Yeah you can take my job. I gotta meet the team at 11 to pick a job. But I gotta wash this paint off first." "Laxus don't flash out, go through the door like a regular person," Kagami says immediately after. "I'll walk you out." Laxus looks at her and glares. "Fine." Venus watches Kagami leave with Laxus, down the stairs.

Kagami~
"Thanks for the help. I had fun."
Kagami says opening the door for Laxus. "I had fun too." Steps out the door and turns. Let's hung out sometimes." He looks into her eyes. "Well, I am joining you on a mission." "Yeah but without anyone else." Kagami lips press into a small frown. "Time will tell. Goodnight Laxus." She stares into his eyes. And with that he walks away, not wanting to ruin the moment by sparking away.

Joining Venus upstairs, Kagami is greeted with a 'you better tell me everything or I'll find out the hard way' face. "Nothing happened." Kagami sighs. "Stop lying. That was a sigh of disappointment." "Well yeah. Okay, he fixed one of the cracks in the wall. And offered to help me paint. I tripped and was going to fall when he caught me. Did you know his eyes are more blue gray than blue, they are so beautiful. With that happening everything was awkward. But he zapped out and I almost died. He zapped back in after changing, and again I almost died. After finishing the two rooms we came here and put tar on the floors cause I was going to splatter some paint on after as a design.

'Flashback'
A while after starting painting. Kagami went to get more paint, as she passed Laxus she brushed some of the coral blue paint on his arm. He stopped painting and looked at his arm then looked at a giggly Kagami. Then he attacked. Smearing some blue paint on her cheek. And with that, a war started. After a while, they stopped. Tired of laughing. They layer down in the mess. Kagami looked at the ceiling and it was splattered with paint. "Are you going to paint over that?" Laxus asked. "No. It looks calming. I'm probably going to go get glow in the dark paint to make it look like the milky way."

After washing their face Kagami went to get the special paint. She came back with a pizza too.

'End of flashback'

"So yeah." Kagami continued. "At the door, he said he wants to hang out more. I said we're going on a mission soon. He said he wants to hang out without anyone else. Ugh, I'm so confused." Kagami collapse.

"He cares for you." Venus smiles. Kagami looks at her in question. "He understands you. I kinda told him that you had daddy issues and that your powers were forced into you. And that's all." "Oh okay, so he wants to be friends?" "I believe so." "Okay good. I want to be friends too."

Kagami looks at Venus and smiles. "So how was fishing. "Very interesting, Natsu told me about himself. He also told me about the other dragon slayers he's met and how he met them. Did you know Natsu and Gajeel together barely defeated Laxus. Barley! Natsu said.."

Together the girls talked and finished the room. What the girls didn't know about was the meeting of Laxus and Natsu, in front of Kagami's house.

"Laxus! You're finally wearing some color!" Natsu laughs. "Ha ha, Natsu. Very funny. Where are you going?" "To go see Kagami's place. And ask Venus about a mission." "Well her place isn't set yet and it rude to intrude on someone this late" Laxus grabs Natsu scarf and drags him away. Knowing Kagami was actually too tired to deal with Natsu's personality. And that she wouldn't say anything. 'See you soon' Laxus smiles. "What's with that face? You look constipated." And with a punch, he shut Natsu up.
