Chapter 3 - Camp Vaswals

You guys miss me?? Sorry that I haven't been able to finish this chapter in time for you guys to read but here it is now!! I've been very busy so I hope you guys understand. Enjoy!!

"Erika! Are you even listening to what I have said??"

"Huh? Yeah, yeah, I was listening" I answered not wanting to get in deep trouble with this old man even though I was terribly bored by him.

Max carried on and on about Camp Vaswals, which the name itself makes the camp itself really boring and ancient. I'm probably regretting wanting to go this camp now. Jess said it was a really cool camp but I will see when I get there. After of what felt like hours of Max's nonsense rambling, he finally showed me where the camp is. Max pulled out a book and instantly, the bookshelf splited in half showing us a quite modern door. We walked through the door and I found myself at an entrance of a really high-tech hotel. There were lots of children around my age and older training and having fun in what seems like a piano swimming pool! I never expected a camp would be this modern, especially when the name sounds soooo ancient! Jess was right, this place is AWESOME!!  I am definitely going into that-

"Now I know what you are thinking Erika. You want to go into that pool don't you? Everybody does, especially when it is a piano. I'm sorry to say this but, you can only go into there when you have finish all of your training for the day. Jess and Crystal, give Erika a tour around the place and show her where she will be staying." "Have fun! Jack will meet you for your first training at the Arena."

Max was no fun, but I guess he is quite old after all. Jess and Crystal gave me a tour around the camp. Crystal was quite shy but everything she liked was opposite of me and Jess. How is it possible that Crystal and Jess are friends when their interests are completely opposite of each other? I guess opposites do attract. The Camp was very modern than I ever would expected to be. It had so many modern technology that it seems like a spy agency. I thought that since it is a training ground for demigods, everything would be all natural. Things have changed I guess since it is the 21st century after all. 

I arrived to my new hotel apartment room by the looks of my room with the help of Crystal and Jess. My room was so spacious and I wasn't kidding about the hotel bit. It looked like a full on celebrity suite and everything was so colourful. My bed was a baby-blue king sized bed with a light pink mixed with light orange velvet blanket. The modern sofa was a nice shade of purple with big pink polka-dots. The bathroom was also very spacious and the wall was a cream coloured with baby-blue tiles underneath. Inside it was a spa with a shower next to it and on the left far side of it was a toilet with a highly modern sink. Back in the living room was a grand TV leading to the kitchen behind the wall it was hanging on. The kitchen stove, oven and the place for food to be cooked was a nice crimson red with a blackish-grey, double-door refrigerator next to it. I opened the refrigerator and it was like a stairway to heaven with all the food and drinks any kid would have ever wanted - even alcohol but that was restricted. I walked towards the massive yet sparkling windows and I saw the most outrageous view ever but outrageous in a good way. I saw a clear view of the sky and everything surrounding it. It was absolutely beautiful and the best thing was my room in between Jess and Crystal's and on the top floor, too!

I went back outside and found both Crystal and Jess waiting for me. They led me to the main training centre where I met this really cute and hot guy. If only he was around my age and wasn't one of the teachers or instructors, I would have taken him for sure. We walked over to him and he introduced himself saying his name is Finn. I was going to introduce myself when another version of him came out from behind or should I say his twin brother, Jack. After all the introductions we made, it was time for me to train.

How did u think of that guys? A pretty short chapter i guess but it was just a chapter for u guys to know about a bit about Camp Vaswals. Don't ask me y or how I got the name of Camp Vaswals. There was a reason and a meaning behind the name but since i made this up ages ago, i kinda forgot...sry... I know! Lets have a competition where who can make a reasonable or close to the meaning i had in mind behind this camp name. I will be marking it of course and the person who wins get a dedication in one of my chapters!
