Don't be so quick to judge other people, especially when you barely know them.
The brain makes assumptions all the time, you can't really control it. But judging is making a conclusion based on what you have seen or heard. Or it can be they way the talk, dress, (etc.)
It's a different story if you have talked to people and genuinely think they are a bad person, if you think that, then you can change that. It's hard to be nice and positive sometimes, but we're getting off-topic. If you judge someone with little-to-no knowledge of them, then take a walk in their shoes. Everyone has their own lives, their own hardships. Don't jump to conclusion based on what you see or hear. People spread rumors, people say things they shouldn't say, and people should stop that. The truth is, you don't know what that person is going through. Depression is a thing, and we shouldn't dismiss that. The two types of judging I come across are: flat out insulting someone based on what they dress like talk like (etc,) and silently judging someone. Don't spread negativity, it's just adding to the fire. Like with most of what I have talked about, this takes willpower. Stopping judgement is one more step to happiness, and making the world a better place. It's ok to speak your mind, just not in a negative way towards other people. And like I have stated in the last chapter, happiness is a choice, always.
