[Star's POV]

"Star! Pay attention!" I hear Marco shout. I find myself playing around with my pink sparkly pencil. "Ugh, do we have to study? It's just a quiz!!" I say. "Yes, yes we do. It's time you get a grade better than a D." He says serious. Honestly, I hate studying, I hate school in general.

As Marco reads through the book, I stare at my 6 paged booklet Ms. Skullnik gave us for homework. As I flip through I can see in the corner of my eye Marco looking at me in awe. "You ok Marco?" I ask. "Huh? I-oh, yea!" He looks nervous. Probably just something about Jackie. He turns back around and after about 5 minutes later, "Kids! Dinner's ready!" Mrs. Diaz exclaims. "Finally! I'm famished!!" I say excitedly. Marco just chuckles slightly with a bit of red on his cheeks.

LE TIME SKIP

After Marco and I finish our Rice bowls, we head back upstairs to finish our homework for ugh, Ms. Skullnik's class. As I look at the clock, in the red digital numbers it says, 11:23. "Marco, look at the time! Do we have to finish our homwork?" I ask impatient. He nods and I just keep on groaning. "Ok, so 23 squared is..." I hear Marco talking to himself. I walk over to my bed to grab my phone and get on Instagram. I sit back down next to Marco and look at my DM's. "86?!" I think to myself as I go through them. Then I see a group I was put in with Jackie, Janna, Oskar, and Star Fan..

"Hey, why am I in here, Janna?" I type and not paying attention at all to any of my homework. "You're here because we need to talk about this Starco stuff." Starco? I could've sworn I've heard that somewhere before. "What the heck is Starco?" "Oh my god, she doesn't know yet." By now I'm really curious. "Don't know what?" Impatient, I tap my foot waiting for a response. "Star, ask Marco what it is." Jackie responds. I look at Marco, "Hey Marco." "Yea, Star?" He looks up. "What's Starco?"

[Marco's POV]

"What's Starco?" She asks tilting her head. "WHAT?! WHERE DID YOU HEAR THAT?!" I scream. Star can NOT find out about this kind of stuff. "I was put into a group chat with Janna, Jackie, Oskar, and Star Fan." I snatch her phone up and I read through it while my face is still red. I put hers down and I take my phone out and go onto Instagram. "Janna, who do you think you are trying to bring up Starco around Star?!" I wait for a response, dang some people are slow. "Hey, she was gonna find out what it was someday. Ur welcome 😏" Ok, I'm done, you guys caught me. I have feelings for Star.

I mean, it's not that obvious right? I got over Jackie like, 2 months ago. "Kids!! Your dad and I are going to the store!! We'll see you in a while!" I heard my mom. As I hear the front door close, a smile spreads across my face. "Hey, Star, I'm gonna go make some nachos." I say. "I wanna come!" She exclaims. "Fine..." We the get up and go to the top of the staircase. As I walk down first, I can feel myself falling. "AHH!!" I try to hold on to Star but she just comes along with me. "AHHH!!" WE a scream in unison.

As we get to the bottom of the stair case, I feel something warm on top of me. "Oh no, oh no." I think to myself. I open my eyes to see STAR on top of me. "Oh, my god. I'm sorry Marco, it was an accident." She sounds panicked about to get off of me before I wrap my arms around her waist, pulling her back. "Uh, Marco?" She asks. I pull her in and she also leans on in. As our lips connect, I feel her soft, plump, lips on mine. After about 3 minutes, we pull away. She stares at me and I stare at her for a while. She then lays her head on my chest, "I love you."
