Chapter 6 - 999, this is Matt and Chris

 Your POV 

Twas the end of the day. Not much happened today. Matt, Dom and Chris where nowhere to be found and well, I was busy anyway. I hope they forgive me tomorrow! I'm just gonna go and play a bit of [favorite instrument] before I doze off to sleep. Night!

 I'm up! And boy does the sky look gloomy and grey today. That doesn't really make me feel any better. But whatever. I headed to school as always. But only Dom was waiting outside, leaning against the gates wall. 

 "Oh. Hey Dom!" 

"Hm?" He looked over at me and tucked his phone back onto his pocket. "Oh hey, [your name]. How are you?"

 "I'm fine." I looked up, "Though the sky looks gloomy."

Dom looked up too, "yeah you're right..."

 I glanced back at Dom, "say...Do you know where the others are?"

He shook his head, "No. Though they should've been here by now. Maybe they're planning something." 

 "What could they be planning?" 

Dom shrugged, "dunno. If they planned something, I would've been the first to know." 

 "Hm...That's strange."  All of a sudden, Dom's phone vibrated. 

"Oh new text!" He took his phone out and checked the message. After a moments silence, he finally spoke. "Uhh...I got to go." 

 "What happened?!" 

"Nothing bad! My friends just...Need to talk to me about somethin'...I'll see you around!" Dom walked off before I could say bye. Then I was left alone. I sighed and leaned against the wall, waiting for Matt or Chris...Or just anyone really...

 "Hey. You." You looked over to your left, There was a guy standing there. He looked like one of the populars around the school. 

 "What do you want?" you ask, with confidence in your voice.

They step closer and whisper, "You." That's when you shiver and you push him away. Though this makes him angry as he walks over to you quickly before you could escape and then he grabs your collar and pins you to the wall. "Don't push me again or you'll get a lil' greetin' from my hand." You struggle, begging him to let you go. Of course the bell had to go just then. Everyone was going inside. Meaning no one was there to rescue you. He laughed at your pitiful screams of help as he leaned in. You close your eyes and look away, hoping that this is all just a nightmare. He suddenly stops leaning in. 

 "Let her go." You hear. Opening your eyes, you see Chris and Matt just behind him. You smile in relief. 

"Yeah? And what you gonna do? Hit me? Like you have a chance!" 

 Chris glared at him, he wanted to punch him. But then Matt spoke, 

 "We can tell the teacher all about this." The guy only laughed and then threw you to the ground. You landed with a thud. Matt looked over at you shocked. He opened his mouth, wanting to say something but then the one who threw you threatened them. 

"Are you stupid, you lil' cunt?! The bell rang! Meanin' there ain't nobody here to help you outta this mess!" And with that, a teacher came from the corner, arms folded. 

 "Tsk, tsk, tsk...I expected more from you Williams Thompson." 'William suddenly turned around to look at the teacher in terror. He shook his head and ran away. The teacher smiled at Chris. Chris nodded in return as if to say thanks. Then the teacher told us to hurry up and walked back to the school. Matt finally moved over to you but then he hesitated taking his hand out to you. Chris rolled his eyes at you both, deciding to leave you both alone in your little moment. 

 "T-take my hand?" Matt stuttered, not realizing Chris wasn't there. 

"Thanks, Matt." You smiled and took his hand as he helped you stand. Matt suddenly whispers,

 "In marriage." You gasp. 

"Wh-what?!" This startled Matt as he let fo off your hand once you were standing. He shook his head, "N-nothing!" His cheeks were red as he ran to school. 

 "Hmm..." Uh...What just happened?

 You took a step but your back suddenly sent a painful shock throughout your spine. This made you groan in pain and rub your back. With a sigh, you headed to the school despite your state...But wait what did Matt just say?!
