Asad's POV
I was approaching our street when I saw mama Sa'a's call
"Hello sir,Aunty Maryam fainted"came mama Sa'a's worried voice
"What!...okay i'll be right there"i said as I increased the speed to the house
I found her lying there helplessly on the floor,I ordered the gateman to open up the gates,I carried her to the car and told mama Sa'a to accompany us to the hospital
I took her to the hospital where I work
"Bring her to the theatre it's an emagency"Dr.Buba my colleague said to the nurses she told me to dress up for the surgery though its a minor surgery
The nurses took her to the theatre while I and the rest of the team dressed up in surgery wears and in no time we were off to the theatre

The surgery took just an hour and a half it was minor you know
One of the babies wasn't in it's right position and it might cause serious complications so we adjusted it back to it position,though she has to go through some sort of medication for it to properly fit in,and grow well
It was after the surgery I called both our parents and informed them,Mama Sa'a was with her through out after the surgery and I was settling bills and other medications
"Asad well done,come sit here you should rest"Her worried mother said as I came into the room she was admitted to
"Mummy isn't here already!?"I smiled at her
"She isn't but will be here in a while"juwy answered me
Juwy was sitting beside the sleeping patient,her baby too is sleeping in Mama Sa'a's arms,I admire the love juwy has for Maryam,it's amazing
The room was silent afterwards even my talkative sister was so calm
"Mmmhhmm Asad"she broke the comfortable silence and she burst out crying
"I lost the babies right"she held juwy's hands and continued crying
"No you didn't,everything's alright,calm down okay"i tried to whisper more comforting words into her ears juwy helped me with that and of course her mother too
It's been three days after the discharge of maryam and she's recovering real quick I must say,which i'm glad to see that
My mum didn't even come to check on her and that was really unlike her,I was disappointed at my mum really though she can be though at times
Mama Sa'a is really taking good care of her as well as Juwy,Juwy now spends most of her time with Maryam,the two are really very close
So I decided to call mama and ask her why she hasn't showed up yet
And on one ring she picked the call
"Salamu alaikum Asad how are you"
I answered her Salam and we exchanged pleasantries
"Mama you haven't showed up yet,though she is recovering with no complications"I said waiting for her reply as she kept silent for some seconds
"It's all good since she's recovering,Allah ya sauke ta lafiya"And she hanged up without even waiting for my reply
I was beyond disappointed,what happened to my mother?
What's this sudden like for a male child
I kept asking myself questions but then I remembered a male child is growing in Maryam's womb and everything's going to be alright by the will of Allah so I let it be
"How's my baby doing"i went over to where the ladies were sitting and kissed Maryam's forehead
She just blushed and whispered "fine thank you"
"Ji shi,ko kunya"Juwy snapped plus throwing a pillow at me
I was about to reply her when I heard the door bell,I shot her a death glare and went over to the door
"To what do I owe this visit"i said really surprised,it was usman and his wife with their baby girl
We exchanged pleasantries and I let them into the sitting room
"Ahhh Salma,Masha Allah cute princess"Maryam said as she held the baby in her Arms
"Amma nayi fushi da keh,Since when did you give birth and you didn't even bother to call me"she continued
"I'm so sorry,wlhy I lost my phone,so I definitely loosed all contacts"she apologised
We left the women in the living room while we went to the garden to have our talks
We talked about family,work,politics,societal problems and whatnot,time was going and they have places to go visit and so we headed back to the living to get his wife and they left
