Chapter one: The Winchesters

Sometimes, I can't help thinking how ironic my life is. Well you're probably asking, "why is you're life ironic and who are you anyway?" My name is Krystal Shiner, but everyone calls me K, and I'm half God. Yeah yeah how can someone be Half God, well my dad got with some God that he met on a "hunting trip". She got prego and left me with my dad, Riddle, who is one of the worlds most recognized Monster Hunter. And now, he had a daughter who was half God and who every other hunter in the world wanted to kill. You think that's the ironic part? Oh, Honey, just wait.

"KRYSTAL!!!" A British accent called from the first floor.

"NOBODY CALLS ME THAT, TOM" I yell back.

"SOMEONES ON THE PHONE"

I pick up the receiver that's hung on the wall. " This is K, at your service. What can I do to help?" I say sarcastically

"Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii" I hear my boyfriends voice come through.

"Rainy, honestly, can't you just walk your lazy butt up here?"

"No, it's too far."

"Dude! It's like...30 feet!"

"Too far!!"

I hang up on him. "Idiot" I mumble, smiling. I sit down on my bed and smooth the purple comforter flat.

"KAAAAYYYYYY!!!!!! RAINY ATE MY CAKE" .....there is never a moment of peace.

Downstairs, V is fighting with Rainy over the last piece of cake. V, or Vera, is a short dark eyed girl with reddish black hair, she has a small frame and looks like a 7 year old next to Rainy, who stand a good 2 feet taller. Rainy is your typical teenage boy, built like a jock with blonde hair and blue eyes to go with it. Tom is trying to break up the fight, He's a British dude we found a few years ago. He says he was famous in his other life and that his last name was Hiddleston....Kristen, a 16 year old strawberry blonde girl, has resolved the problem by eating the piece of cake herself. X walks through door with Wolfgang behind her. X is pretty much an older version of V but in all black and little Wolfgang is a Scottish boy who's mouse brown hair flies in every direction except the one he wants. This, is my family. The only one I've ever really been apart of since my dad was murdered. We all have a common goal, to avenge our families that were murdered by The Union.

Yes there's another name that is vital. The Union are hunters. They hunt hunters if that makes sense to you people. Anyway, The Union is constantly trying to get me on their side and kill me at the same time. They're a coven of Vampires that only drink Hunters blood, and when night falls, let's just say, The Hunters become The Hunted.

My pink,purple and white hair falls around my face, going perfectly with my bright pink jacket. Pink really isn't my thing, but hey, Live every day like your last.

I walk downstairs to see and empty house, a note on the table reads:

"Dear K,

We got a lead, so we went after it. I know you haven't been sleeping well so we let you sleep.

Hopefully we'll be back before you wake up. If not, breakfast is in the oven.

Signed, your family."

"Stupid Tom and his politeness" I think to myself. The letter is basically saying that they found a job, and left me here because A) they don't need my help because it's too easy B) The Union has something to do with it or C) they're hunting a God and don't want me to find out. I haven't exactly shown them what I can do yet, so they think I'm lying about most of it. Except Rainy, he believes that I'm not an abomination. Not a screw up. Not an accident. He treats me like a person instead of a monster.

Suddenly the door slams open and the house is filled with noise once again.

"WE'RE BACK!!" One of them yells

"NO REALLY? I thought it was the dog!!" I say walking into the living room to see everyone standing there.

"...we don't have a dog..." Rainy says quietly

"Idiot"

"Retard"

"Your hair is blonde for a reason"

"Facepalm forever dude" V whispers

"HEY DONT BE MEAN TO ME" Rainy yells

"Hey, listen. It sounds like an old car" Tom whispers.

I look out the dirty window and see a black Impala role into the driveway.

"They saw you guys walk in. They're looking for a place to stay. They're hunters!" I walk out the door to greet them.

Two boys get out of the car. One tall, very tall, and muscular guy steps out of the passenger seat. Hes obviously younger than the driver who is an average sized guy with really green eyes.

"Did you boys get lost?" I ask as the others file out onto the porch behind me.

"Hey kid are youre parents home?" the driver asks.

"No, sorry. Hey whats y'alls names?" Rainy says

''Im Sam Winchester and this is my brother Dean." The tall one says

my jaw drops. "wait youre The Winchesters? Like the guys who killed Yellow Eyes and started the Apocalypse?"

"How'd you know that?' Dean asks

"You guys are famous! Well..in the hunter network anyway." Tom says stepping up.

Sam and his brother exchanged looks. "We were trying to find a place to stay... just until we finish this case." He says brushing back his long hair.

"no problem. Come on in guys." they follow us into the house.

"I'm Krystal, but everyone calls me K, I run things around here. Rainy, the blonde standing over there, is our best hunter. Tom is our computer geek, he likes to correct people alot. X is our Russian trained assassin. V...well she loves cake and she likes pulling tricks so watch your back. Wolfgang is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet, as long as you stay on his good side. Kristen is anti-social so none of us really know alot about her. We are all hunters, trying to out run The Union." I point at everyone as i show the Winchesters around.

"So where are your-"

"theyre dead." i say cutting Sam off.

"Oh did she mention she can read minds??" Tom says casually from behind his laptop.

The Winchesters look at me.

"Oops.."
