Chapter Seven - The Kiss

A/N So I think my WattPad is broken because it's saying I have over 60 reads... but if it's not... then HOLY CRAP THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!

Anyways, here is the next chappie ^.~ Also, since last chapter was really poopy, I'll try to make this one extra good just for you guys! :)

Chapter Six - The Kiss

Jordan's POV

Ali's head was still deeply snuggled into my chest, and I immediately tried to flex and puff out my chest slightly, but I immediately regretted it when Ali said, "Jordan, your chest is so uncomfortable."

I relaxed and when Ali took her head out of my chest and looked into my eyes, I saw something flash through her face. I don't know what it was. But what I did right there could have been the best or worst decision of my life.

I kissed her.

Ali's POV

My head was so deeply into Jordan's chest that I thought that I might accidentally fall through his skin. I felt him tense up slightly, and I mumbled, "Jordan, your chest is so uncofortable."

He relaxed, and I decided to pull my head out from his chest, flinching from the sudden sunlight coming through the windows.

The next thing that happened took me by so much surprise that I did the worst thing that possibly happened.

He kissed me.

At first, I couldn't process it. Jordan Maron, the Jordan Maron, AKA CaptainFreakingSparklez, was kissing me.

And what did I do?

I instinctively pushed him away, and I immediately saw a spark of hurt and regret in his eyes. He gets up abruptly and leaves the apartment, closing the door behind him.

I hear him walk through his apartment and slam the door. I can also hear the sound of him flopping onto his couch in the room directly next to ours.

Without telling Mitch what happened as I was walking out the door and he was walking out of the kitchen, I left, new tears streaming down my face.

I walked home, it took over an hour and a half to reach the familiar, bad-memory filled shabby home of mine. I was expecting the beating from my father, but instead, standing there in my room was Adam. I wasn't scared of him anymore.

He was a part of my life, which I just ruined even more.

Jordan's POV

Why did I do that?! God! What did I expect? For her to kiss me back! Jordan, you're a complete freaking idiot! I thought, my eyes swelling up with tears as I lay facedown on my couch.

My heart was broken by someone I haven't even known for a week. But why?

I heard a knock on the door, and I knew it was Mitch. Before I could yell it was open, he barged into my apartment and sat on the couch.

"So, dude, you gonna tell me what happened?" he said quietly.

Ali's POV

I couldn't get that kiss out of my mind. I tossed and turned all night, and I looked at the clock, 12:30 AM.

I needed to see Jordan. 

And I needed to kiss him. I need to see if it something happens. A spark.

I hopped into my car and drove to the apartment complex.

I knocked on the door of Jordan's apartment, and I checked the time. 1:30. How bad were the bags under my eyes? My hair? 

I waited a few moments,and was just about to walk away when I saw the door open and a very tired looking Jordan opened the door.

I turned around, not caring about a thing in the world, I grabbed his face, and kissed him.

Jordan's POV

I couldn't sleep. I couldn't stop regretting the fact that I had kissed Ali.

Why did I do it?! Now she'll never talk to me ever again.

I heard a loud knock on my door and thought that it must be Mitch checking up on me again. I walked over to the front door, taking my time, and was surprised when I saw Ali turning around, even with bed hair, bags, and no makeup, she was beautiful in every single way.

She suddenly grabbed my face and kissed me.

Without any hesitation I kissed back, holding her waist and pulling her in closer to me.

The only reason that we stopped was when a very angry looking Mitch came running out of his apartment, pushing me down and grabbing Ali by the wrist, dragging her into his apartment.

A/N I KNOW! POOPY ENDING! But the intensity had to start somewhere, right? This chapters not too long, but things went down so I think it will suffice. Thank you again for so much support and over 60 reads! I love you guys! <33
