Arlena/Janet POV
I was originally enjoying my beauty sleep but Amelia disturbed me with her thunderous knocks at the door. That peaceful state I was previously in was suddenly disrupted and had turned just as chaotic as her way of waking me up.
"You sure know how to piss me off," I groaned out of bed, walking to the door half awake with blurry eyes. I sloppily clawed at the door but still luckily managed to open it.
Amelia's own grumpy expression appeared behind the door, looking obviously displeased at me. "I knew you are still gonna be on bed until someone comes to knock you off the bed."
Lazy jane.
"Uhmmm," I lazily moaned while I ran my hands into my blonde hair, brushing the knots off unintentionally. "You have no idea how tired I am," I complained, trying to get back to bed. However, a soft threatening growl reached my ears before I could go back to sleep.
"You won't dare!" Amelia snapped at me, looking over my sleepy frame with a raise of her brows. I sighed and dropped my shoulder in defeat. I raised my hand up the air, groaning out, "Fine! I get it, I am going into the bathroom now." I forced my body to move and as a result, I began walking in a zigzag manner, feeling disoriented as of the moment.
"Better," she replied as she jumped on my bed, getting comfortable with her body sprawled all over like a starfish. I shook my head at her before grabbing my strawberry body wash and shampoo along with my fluffy towel. I got into the bathtub and turn the tap on, letting the water fill the tub.
I sighed in relief as the warm water surrounded me, sending me a steam of relief while soothing out my disoriented mind. When I was awake enough, I began continuously scrubbing on my body under the water until I felt clean enough to stop. After showering, I stood in front of the sink to brush my teeth, pushing as as hard as I can take in hopes of making my teeth as white as pearl.
Only when I was all set up with washing did I finally left the bathroom and into my bedroom where Amelia is still so graciously rolling around my bed. "Would you turn as I dress up?" I uttered at her while wiping off the tiny droplets of water on my skin.
"You haven't picked your clothes yet and you're there asking me to turn around?" She harshly retorted with a raised brow.
I gasped, "Oh! Yeah, that's right. What am I gonna wear?" After being reminded, I continued ransacking my wardrobe until my eyes fell on a see through top, a black inner and a black three quarter jean with a black rope interlocking each other in a golden hole lobe.
"Perfect," I beamed excitingly before placing my outfit gently on my bed just beside Amelia who had just turned over to sleep more neatly. I stood in front of her and placed my hands over my hip while I stared pointedly at her. "Now would you mind turning around as I dress up?" I repeated for the second time.
Even though I'm a werewolf, getting bare in front of anyone still doesn't sound appealing to me. No matter how hard I try, my body is always objecting. This unusual stiffness would grip me, making everything around me stop instantly and perhaps it's the fact that I am, after all, a lady.
"Yep," she replied, popped the 'p'. "But make it snappy or else I'm gonna turn around."
"Yes ma'am." I winked at her to turn. She seemed to understand even without having to explain. Well, I have been acting like that since childhood and I've always wondered why she has never asked about it.
Shaking off my thoughts for the moment, I quickly put on my outfit. Afterwhich, I contemplated wether I should touch my face but decided against it. If I ever look dead to anyone, that's their problem now, besides, it's all be due to the situation at hand. I'm sure they understand.
