Chapter three
Keep Put
After washing the days events away James helped me into a new set of clothes that smelled like him. After he had stopped teasing me his face had gone hard again. I didn't like it that much. “Alright, Bunny. Jay ordered some pizza so you need to eat before sleeping as much as you can. We move out tomorrow at eight in the morning.”
More driving? Great...as if I already didn't hate that death trap of his. Sighing tiredly I snagged a piece of pizza and settle on the bed. The food felt odd in my stomach as I watched Jay and James talk, their broad shoulders shaking as they laughed. How long had they know each other?
Obviously very long. Soon I found my eyes wandering over the two. Jay was a foot shorted than James with long gray hair that brushed his jaw line. He looked to be in his mid forties but damn if he didn't look good! Strong biceps that ym small hands couldn't fully wrap around, a slim torso but I had a feeling there was a six pack under that light blue shirt. The blue jeans he wore strained to contain his thighs, letting me see the ripple each time he moved.
James on the other hand had light brown hair, about honey colored that was short and spiky. His eyes were hawk gold with flecks of blue. His shoulders, like Jay's, were broad and strong. He wasn't as thick as Jay but just as strong I guessed. He was a Hawk shifter after all. James shifted so he was leaning against the wall and I almost sighed in appreciation. His chest and thighs flexed under the fabric. What would it feel like to run my hands over those strong muscles?
Dammit Elizabeth! No! He's your body guard, not your sex toy! Taking another bite of my cheese pizza I thought about my father.

I chuckled as Bunny's arousal hit my nose. Jay beside me shook his head, “Someone needs a good lay.” my friend joked, nudging my shoulder.
“Yeah right.” I snorted, “Hawks and Hares do not mix very well.” picking at my pizza I watched my new charge with new interest. She had almost white hair, soft white hair. Those silky strands would be lovely to grab to control her during a good rut. I bet her milky white skin tasted sweet too.
Ruby red eyes glowed softly in the near darkness. I went lower as I watched her c-cup breasts rise and fall with every breath, her slim yet full waist twisted as she turned to lay on her side after eating. And finally I looked at her ass. God how I loved that ass. Perfectly rounded orbs with a tattoo right above it on her lower back that read, 'Wicked'.
“Yeah, you so don't want to fuck her.” Jay rumbled softly, eyes dancing with laughter. I smacked his head tot he side and turned my head away so he didn't see my blush. Damn...how long had it been since I had blushed? Eighth grade? When I had decided I had enough bull shit of getting teased by the girls and guys about me blushing at almost everything.
I had disappeared from the world for three weeks strait, keeping away from the cops looking for me until I was ready to face the world again. Rubbing at one of my scars I sighed and sat against the door. No more blushing. No more childish dreams after what I did. I stopped the train of though before I hurt myself more by thinking about it.
“Night, Jay.” I muttered, closing my eyes and trying to sleep.

When I woke at six thirty Bunny was still sleep under the covers. Jay was sleeping beside me with his gun cocked and ready. I sure as hell wasn't waking him up yet. Ambling over to the small coffee pot I set it up and turned it on, leaning against the dresser as I waited for that sweet black roast to brew.
Soon enough Jay was grumbling from his positing against the door, eyes heavy with sleep, “It ready yet?” he snapped, Jay wasn't a morning person.
“Yeah.” I muttered, just as bad as him sometimes, “Here, dog.” he took a large gulp of the hot brew, sighing contentedly when it went down his throat.
“Much better.” he grinned, settling back against the door until he woke up fully. Bunny still hadn't moved from under her covers and I decided to try and wake her. Pulling back the covers I exposed her white head and grinned at the pissed off look she gave me.
“Rise and shine, Bunny.” I yanked the covers off her body and went back to the coffee cup I had abandoned.
“Un...” she whimpered, stretching her slim body. “What time is it?”
“Almost seven.” Jay answered, rising from the floor. “I'm going to get princess here some breakfast, anything you want, James?”
“Honey bun.” the wolf rolled his eyes and left. He would never understand my love for the sweet treats it wasn't my fault behind half fairy I craved sweets almost hourly. It was natural. Bunny crept into the bathroom and I fixed another pot of coffee, still tired.
“Hey, you liking sweets wouldn't have anything to do with being half fairy?” Bunny asked as she exited the bathroom and took my new cup of coffee out of my hands.
“Yes and that is mine!” I growled, reaching for the hot liquid. She raised an eyebrow at me and took a small sip, teasing the foam rim of the cup with her tongue. Oh fuck this shit! You do not fuck with my coffee so early in the morning! I snatched her up, effectively saving the poor coffee from her hands and tongue and setting it on the small round table before tossing her onto the bed.
“So?” she taunted. Was she always this active in the morning? Damn this job was going to be a pain if she was.
“My coffee, don't mess with a man's cup of joe in the morning darling. It doesn't bode well for you.” she blushed as my hard member pressed against her ass. “Got it, Bunny?”
“Y-Yeah...” she scurried up against the head board as I climbed off the bed to retrieve my coffee. Jay came inside at that moment with a hard look on his face.
“Wanderers, the same four. Stay or go?” I ran a hand through my hair and sighed. If we left now they could very well decided to follow us and then we would be in for hell. If we stayed they could go around slamming down doors until they found us.
“We stay.”
