"Hey, you okay?" I looked up to see Sousuke handing me a Pepsi. I sigh and take it as he leans against the wall with me.
"Yeah, just, my lecture had a really homophobic student and it darkened the mood in the classroom." I informed.
"That sucks. Word already go around school that we're getting along now. Three teachers already asked me if that was true." Sousuke sighed.
"Yeah. It's hard to believe." Sousuke put arm around me and swiftly pressed a kiss to my lips, releasing me before anyone entered the break room. Technically, it really wasn't a break room, but it might as well been.
"Everything will work out. You have anymore classes today?" He asked.
"No, you?" I question.
"None. Want to head back to my place? I have everything for class planned out already." He asks.
"Yeah, just let me round up my things from lecture hall." I smiled.
"So it is true, you two are getting along now!" We jumped and turned to see Ms. Jackson. She was smiling sweetly at us.
"How long have you been standing there?" I questioned with a bright blush.
"The entire time. Though, you two didn't notice me. Don't worry, your secrets safe with me." She smiled softer at us. "I know what you're going to have to go through will be tough, but you'll make it." She assured.
"Thanks Emma." I smiled.
"It's no problem. You should head home, if the other professors ask, I'll make sure they don't suspect anything." She informs.
"Thanks. We hardly got any time alone since we only got back yesterday." I sigh,
"Now shoo!" She laughed as we started to leave. A few students who finished lectures already just gazed in horrified awe.
"So, want to play some games? I got smash brothers?" I joke with a smile.
"Eh- we'll figure out what to do once we get there." Sousuke shrugged.
"Mr. Anderson!" The bartender the of us pause as a student of mine runs up to me.
"I know you explained it earlier, but how can you two get along so quickly?" The student asked, panting.
"Well, we work together and we're always together wether we like it or not, so it's better to be friends than enemies." Sousuke informed.
"That's pretty true." I shrugged.
"Over two weeks is just too short to make amends." The student exclaimed.
"It was the right amount of time in my opinion." Sousuke admitted.
"I agree. Now if you excuse us." Sousuke and I walked away and headed towards his car, which drove me here this morning.
"I will admit, your car is pretty cool." I smiled as I got in.
"As cool as a math professor can get." He jokes.
"Yeah." I smiled as we sat in sweet silence all the way to his house. It seemed like no time at all when we got there. I hardly went to my house anymore. I wonder why...
Sousuke' P.O.V.
"What do you want to do?" Kay questioned as soon as the front door closed.
"Well, I don't want to put too much stress on your body after yesterday..." I smiled softly and I think I said something wrong because I was shoved into the ground.
