Leafy's POV
--------------------------------
Do I have to say how much I f*cking hate the fact that I agreed to partner up with the mammoth gnome? It's like, astonishing how I managed to say that. That stupid gnome is starting to rub onto me, because for whatever f*cking reason, I was nice to that idiot. I mean, for crying out loud, he tried to kill Camera face...And almost did! I-uh, what in the actual f*ck is wrong with me?"We're almost there, Leafy, just hang in there for a bit." Keemstar said as we got closer to what was supposed to be the exit. But I don't know, man, it's been too quiet and easy while we were making our way to the exit. I knew there was gonna be some catch to this. But then we got to the exit door, and that doubt was forgotten as I gazed on it. It was a simple door that had an EXIT sign over it. We both approached the door, wanting to touch the knob to feel freedom. But that opportunity was ripped away from us in an unexpected heartbeat.
Keemstar raced to the door, and right then a there a trapdoor opened, causing us both to fall into a hole that was set for us. I got up fairly quickly, and looked up to see the trapdoors hanging open, as if they were mocking us for not checking twice before setting foot on them. I heard a growl noise coming from in front of me, and I didn't need to look toward the direction of the noise to know what it was: The Cat. I shot a look at Keemstar, who was looking at me, then at the cat.
"I can't believe that I'm going to die with the world's worst partner," I said rolling my eyes. Keemstar chuckled.
"Well, first one who dies has to admit that the other person is better in the afterlife!" Keemstar said, hoping to make our inevitable final moments into a game. The cat looked at us and laughed.
"Well, I know who's already going to win," The cat said. It sat down and FLIPPED US OFF WITH ITS F*CKING PAWS! I was boiling with anger, but I did my best to resist the erg to charge that thing and beat it up. Keemstar, on the other f*cking hand, got super angry and charged the thing. The cat set down its paws and caught Keemstar's neck with its teeth in a matter of SECONDS, and snapped it. It dropped the body and looked at me. I knew I was screwed, but I wasn't just going to give up now. The cat lunged at me, and I side stepped it. It tried again, and I ducked this time. This game of dodging went on for a while, until I noticed that the ghost was watching me. When I saw it, it shook its head and got up to leave. That stupid ghost got me distracted, and the cat pinned me down. I shut my eyes and braced for impact as my demise descended upon me...

Dar's POV
-----------------------------
I watched as the cat broke Keemstar's neck and tore Leafy apart. It noticed me watching, cut a piece of Leafy and offered it to me.
"It doesn't taste that bad. You should try some." It said. I looked away. It chuckled. "More for me then," it said as it ate the piece. Honestly, I am really disappointed. Not at just those two, but in myself for failing to warn them about the map. But, they never seemed to take warnings from beyond the grave seriously. I left the scene, unable to take it anymore. I was tired of people not listening to me, but no matter what method I use, most people never listen. I hate the feeling of uselessness. I head towards the main room to see Max crying over something, but I didn't feel like asking him. I looked around the room. Most of everyone was back, except Ross and...Oh no, I thought. Cory was nowhere to be seen. I panicked a bit, and went through the code doors in a desperate attempt to find him. But, I found the cat instead. It laughed at me.
"What's this? You're looking for someone? Well, consider him dead." The cat said, "So, I probably should tell you this. Face it, I am not like you, whose dead. I age too. And I'm getting a bit too old for this job. So, I need someone to replace me when I either die or retire. And believe me, my little plaything, I will get a replacement, and I will get one very, very soon..." It laughed and walked away while I stood there, trying to comprehend what I was just told. This can't be..I thought. I didn't think that it would actually do this. Was it serious, or just playing with my mind? I couldn't even answer these questions anymore. This place was getting to me; I felt like I was going insane from the years I've been stuck in this place. I realized that it was no longer "I want out," but "I need out, and need it now." But, how would that be possible? I was chained here by my stupid voice box, and that cat mocks me for it more times than I can count. Unless the cat is killed soon, I might begin to hurt the people I wanted to protect. But I had no idea how to accomplish that. It's not like I could do it myself; I was a ghost. And how could I warn any of them? Cory was one of the only ones who actually took my advice seriously. I could figure out what to do, I know it, but sometimes..it doesn't feel like it.
And this was one of those situations. If I didn't get out of this quickly, I will most likely derail and spiral down into madness. I didn't want that to happen, but I didn't know how to stop it at this point...

Finally, chapter 13 is done and available to read. God, I think I have the rest of the book set up mentally, but now it would be a matter of finding time to write those parts. Thank you for you patience with this chapter, and Have a Good Night ;)
