*Nova's Pov*

"Nova are you ready?" My dad barged in my dressing room, his suit around his neck instead of his tux.

I didn't answer him, I never did anymore.

I heard him sigh behind me as I continued to look at myself in the mirror, contemplating whether or not I should just kick him out.

"Nova for the hundredth time, I'm sorry. But it's business and this deal has been going on before your mother even had you." He said, now standing behind me with a sympathetic smile.

I scoffed, "So you just think your daughters happiness is all about business? I thought you knew better than to sell me out dad."

"Baekhyun's not a stranger to you Nova. You've known him since you were a baby. Be happy it's not a stranger."

"That's why it hurts even more! He knows about me and Taehyung and our history. There are now articles everywhere about our wedding and I know Taehyung must have seen one of them." I thought to how he would have reacted when seeing the articles all over social media about the wedding.

"Just do this okay? For me?" He laid his hands on my shoulder, fixing the long white veil.

"Fine."

2 years later (Surprise🤗)

"Baek and Hyeri come downstairs already, we have to leave!" I shouted, grabbing both mine and Ara's bag.

I heard loud footsteps coming down the staircases seeing Hyeri and Baekhyun racing down the steps. I rolled my eyes and chuckled to myself. It was the same thing with them ever since we lived in a new house.

Soon hearing a loud cry from the kitchen, I quickly walked in the kitchen seeing Ara cry and kick in her chair from being alone for too long.

"Oh my baby. I'm sorry, did I leave you here for too long?" I cooed her in my arms, walking to the front door, Baekhyun carrying the bags and Hyeri on her phone. Typical thirteen year old.

"I have the keys and bags, so we should probably start heading before it gets dark." Baekhyun said, moving to the side so Hyeri and I could pass.

"Is she okay?" He asked. I thought he was talking about Hyeri until I realized he had his hand on top of Ara's forehead. I checked as well for her temperature but she was alright.

"She's pretty fine, why did you think something was wrong?" I asked, pulling her up so she wouldn't slip.

"I just needed an excuse to do this." He smirked before planting his lips on mine quickly. I hit his chest and laughed, kissing him again.

"Can we go?! We don't have all day here!" Hyeri shouted from the open rooftop on the car. Baekhyun locked the door, following behind me to the car.

I put Ara in her car seat and made sure Hyeri had her seat belt on since she was too busy laughing over a text message. I knew she was talking to Jaemin and it didn't bother me but I would love it if she paid attention to things other than her phone.

-
"Mom over here is perfect!" Hyeri ran to the same open spot every time we came to the park. I put Ara down, seeing her stumble around and squeal towards Hyeri when she grabbed her hand.

Once we settled down on our blanket, I took out the snacks and drinks, feeding Ara her baby snacks. Hyeri finally put down her phone while her and Baekhyun were trying to throw grapes into each others mouths and see who would catch the most.

"Hyeri!" Someone called out her name, turning around to already see her standing up.

"Where are you going?" I asked, seeing Jaemin stand a couple of feet away from us, holding a football. She smiled down and ran to him without an explanation.
