Amelia's P.O.V

I slowly took my books out of my locker and came face to face with Nicola.

"Hi." She greeted with a smile.

"Hey." I said trying to sound chirpy, but she noticed

"Whats wrong?" She asked.

"Nothing"

"Sure?"

"Yeah." I said.

This is so weird.

"Well I'm just here to say stay away from Nick because he's mine."

My mouth dropped.

"Wh....what?" I stuttered

"Yep bitch you heard me. He wants me" Nicola says smiling.

"...what....oh my god...he is your boyfriend?"

"Soon to be husband." She answered all smiles.

"You're engaged?"

She smiled wider and stormed off.

I slid down on my locker, sitting on the floor, not caring that people were watching. They didn't hear the conversation though. It was quite low.

So nick really is a a player.

My eyes welled up. Is it the truth?

I quietly got up and entered Math class which nick and I have together.

I saw him and I quickly turned away, going to sit in the other side of the room.

Nick's P.O.V

Why can't she just look at me? I love her so much. Are we done for? Is he breaking up with me. She looks so pale and stressed.

Mr. Atkins entered the class breaking off my thoughts and the boring lesson began though I could not concentrate.

My mind only drifts off to her. The one I love. I need to make this right. I shall tell her the truth and for Joe....he should be cut off.
