The bus seemed to take forever to get to the waiting spot but got me to school on time, as I stepped on the bus driver gave me a look as I sat in the front, quiet filled the seats as no one but us were on the bus.
"I'm guessing you're new here, aren't ya kid?" The driver said with an eye glared back at me, "yes, my family just moved here" I replied. He chuckled at my response and looked at the road, "listen kid, this school ain't like other places, the students are insane and the council is just as bad, keep your head down if you wanna live, and if you feel that chilly hand on you, run." He goes silent as he stops opening the bus door infront of the crack covered wall of the school surrounding.
Trees on both sides of the path led to a fountain, and beyond that the school door, as I walked the path I felt like a million eyes stare at me from the trees, but I kept going. The fountain was dirty and there seemed to be no bottom, I tossed in a coin for good luck, it made me feel better as I approached the massive building, a stain glass window of red drop of water over the door, or I was hoping water.
I entered the door to the locker filled halls, it seemed like a meeting place for green coated students but one or two white coat students were around, something didn't feel right about the white coats with a strange look in their eyes and wat felt like a permanent smile on there face.
I rarely saw a black coat student alone as I walked to home room, they never seem to smile or pay attention to green coats, but one of them seemed...different in a way, I wasn't sure what it was. But here it is, my new school and a new life, as I entered the long hall.
