[[Chapter 11]] Sleepover

Gumball's P.O.V.

It was night. I was in my bed with my blanket covering my body. I can't sleep that time cause I was... scared. It's just because of last night with Fionna, Cake, and Marshall. We visited the haunted mansion and I got traumatized by all those freakish stuff that I saw.

And I can't get them out of my head. I feel like, they're there... creeping through me... watching me... lurking in every corner...

Aaaaahhhh! I can't take it anymore! I need to call someone just to get distracted and forget those things.

I grabbed my phone and decided to call Marshall cause I know he's always awake at night. I dialed his number and put the phone at my ear.

Ringing...

Uummm... Marshall?

Yo? What is it?

Are you awake?

Of course I am you dum-dum. If I'm still asleep I wouldn't be answering your call.

Alright, alright so, are you in your bed?

No I'm sitting down in my chair making music. Why?

Don't you get it? I'm traumatized by last night when we went to that haunted mansion. And all those things creeped me out.

Woohh okay just close your eyes Gumball and you'll just fall asleep and you'll never expect it. Yeah that's right just close your eyes. I closed my eyes and mind nothing. But I couldn't, I feel like that girl is behind me laying in my bed waiting for me to turn back and scare me to death.

I slowly turn back still closing my eyes and when I was on the other side I open my one eye and saw, nothing. It's just your imagination Gumball just fall asleep and this will be all over. I turned back and I saw the girl!

I suddenly woke up in reality, gasping. I thought it was real but it wasn't. Oh my glob-my glob-my glob-my gloooooobbbb. I'll just call again yeah I think that's right. I called Fionna and Cake.
