Gumball's P.O.V.
It was another ordinary day for me at the Candy Kingdom.
I was at my lab doing research on how to make the perfect sandwich.
I know it's unnecessary but I have nothing to do.
While doing my research, Butterscotch Maid came in.
"A humble greeting to you, your majesty." She greeted.
"I greet you too." I greeted not facing her though.
What brings you here BM?" I asks while I was pouring liquid to a test tube.
"Someone here likes to visit you."
"And who may that be?"
"Come in." Butterscotch maid didn't answer the question but instead she let the visitor come in without my consent.
The sound of an opening door was heard.
I turned around and saw Marshall.
He came in wearing a fancy black and white tuxedo with a red rose attached to right side of his chest while I'm wearing a lab coat.
He offered his hand to me like how a gentleman asks a lady to dance.
"May I dance this with you, your majesty?" He asks, bowing his head in front of me.
"What is going on?"
"That doesn't matter, what matters now is the two of us." He took my hand and pulled me gently.
The lab turned into a grand spotlight.
A beam of light where shining at us.
"You look grand in that outfit of yours."
"W-what are you talking about- wha!" I looked at down at myself and saw my lab coat turned into my formal attire.
Marshall giggled.
He suddenly made a move.
He placed my right hand at his right shoulder then held my hand.
His hands were warm for some reason. This is unusual.
He took one step forward, I too did the same. With that, a pleasant music was heard, suitable for a dance in the ball.
We waltz around and eventually danced with the beam of light following us wherever we move.
While we were dancing, our eyes were locked with each other and we started to gaze at each other.
His grin was charming. His eyes were glisttering as the light shines at us.
He then twirled me and back at gazing at each other again.
We gained a little bit of speed as we danced around.
Suddenly, people appeared and gave us an applause.
We continued dancing. We had a nice rhythm going on with the two of us.
He then dipped me.
