Coming back into town after being gone for close to eight months felt good to Gypsy. Coming in from the east area of Lakeside, gliding out to the club over the rural roads filled his mind with good memories, and several dark miles. But spying this cute little redhead through the window, sitting with Larry, was turning out to be better than any of his memories.
She wasn't all that little. Probably five eight, or nine. Had a fine athletic build to her, with just the right amount of breast to catch a man's eye, and make him think sweet thoughts.
She wasn't really cute either. There was steel in those blue eyes and a no-nonsense shape to her nose and lips. The lines of her cheek bones were the type to take Cute outside and stomp a mud-hole in her ass. No, this woman didn't chase unicorns and rainbows. She would choose an evening with Batman, the Dark Knight, over a glass of champagne with James Bond, though his money said she could hold her own with either one.
They talked, flirting with verbal parries and innuendo slashes, each drawing enough blood to keep themselves interested, while finding the other still had depths to be plumbed. He had to adjust his position on the barstool because his cock was getting more interested with each passing minute. This didn't bother him. What was mannly about not being aroused by a woman like her? Besides, while her leather vest did well to mask her hard nipples, the wide exposure of her cleavage left no doubt about her interest. The rouge of her skin was clear enough to expose her level of excitement.
Then Knight had to stick his gray mane over the railing upstairs, and call down for him. Gypsy almost told the elder to fuck-off, he was busy, but that would have been a poor choice of action.
"You going to be around later?" he asked Cyn.
"I was actually going to head home. I have some work that needs to be finished. But, here's my card. Maybe you could call me sometime and we could get together," she offered as she passed him a business card.
"You work from home then?" he asked after he read she was an editor for novelists.
"Not as glorious as it sounds," she told him.
"I'll call you after this thing with Knight and we'll get some dinner. When do you end your work day?"
"Today? When I'm done," she smiled and got off her bar stool. "I better get down the road so it isn't a late dinner." Then over her shoulder, she said, "See you soon Larry."
"Oh, so you did remember I existed. Very nice of you. Safe wind," Larry smiled, giving her a lazy wave.
Gypsy watched every man in the building watch her leave. He didn't mind. Didn't mind at all. There was plenty of leg being moved in confident strides by her alluring ass, for everyone to enjoy.
"Gypsy?" Larry asked from behind. "I love you man, but I've grown fond of that gal, and would take it as a personal slight to see her abused, in any fashion."
"So would I Larry. So would I," Gypsy agreed, and then headed for the stairs.
The stairs lead to the second floor, which was actually a wide balcony which covered a little more than half the width of the building, giving the place an open feel. Tables and chair sets were up there, and the noise levels from downstairs were greatly subdued. In fact, when live bands were playing downstairs, you could still have a normal conversation at a table up here, without feeling like you left the party. On weekend nights waitresses also worked this floor.
At the center of this upstairs balcony area, was a door marked Management and that's where Gypsy directed himself.
Knight had this room added on to the building when he put in the restroom facilities up here. The room was much larger than expected with its position and the wall lines. It felt a little Alice-In-Wonderland when you first stepped inside.
