I looked out of the tall window in the room I was getting dressed in. The chairs were all set up outside already.
"Luciana, it's time to get dressed," Alex said softly from behind me.
I turned to her, nervousness settling in my stomach.
"He's here, right?" I asked.
"Of course," she nodded.
"Are you sure?" I bit my bottom lip.
"Ciana, he's here. He's just spoken to Julio," she smiled gently at me. "Everything's fine."
I let out a big breath before walking towards my wedding dress. It was backless with a huge bow. The front was tight and came up to my neck. The skirt flared from my hips with a long train behind.
I took off my robe before two seamstresses helped me into my dress."You look beautiful already," Sasha said as she came into the room. "I found Kira so we can get dressed."
I had asked Alex, Sasha and Kira to be my bridesmaids seeing as I had only bothered to socialize with them while in New York.
I watched as they got into their own dresses and put on their heels."Now it's your turn," Kira said, rubbing my arm.
I sat in a chair, the makeup artist and hair stylist getting their things ready.
The heat of the curler warmed the cold skin on my neck and I relaxed, closing my eyes as the makeup artist swiped a brush across my face.
"Such lovely thick hair," the hair stylist mused. "There's many curls. Do you condition your hair often?"
"Uhm, no?" I tried not to move my face that much. "I wash it normally."
"Such strong genetics then," I felt him start pinning my hair up and I smiled slightly.
After about half an hour, I was finally allowed to open my eyes. I watched in the mirror as the hair stylist placed a tiara over the mass of curls on my head.
