Chapter 3

AREUM

Wait.. Is that?

"Stop it Micha, leave her alone" He was holding her wrist. "A-Ah! S-Suga! Let me expl-"

"You don't have to. I saw everything." He coldly said. The girl, I assume Micha, had her mouth open as to say something, but no words came out. "Go home. You don't have to threaten Areum."

My heart skipped a beat when he said my name. Why? Ugh Areum stop!

Micha looked back at me and gave me a death glare, 'I'm not done with you yet' she mouthed and left. As she walked away, I was left alone with Suga.

"You okay?" He asked, concern in his tone. "Yeah. I'm fine" I responded. I was about to say thanks but he was already walking away. He looked back a split second and made contact with my eyes and left.

Now I was all alone in the empty classroom.

As I got home, I saw a note on the kitchen counter.

"I'm on a business trip, honey. I'll be out for long I'm sorry. I'll bring you home your favourite milk tea, okay? Saranghae – Mom"

I sighed. Another business trip. I don't know what's up with Mom's business always having trips and stuff, is there always a problem?

Or maybe she doesn't want to be with me after..

Aish! Stop Areum! It's been three years! Everyone has moved on..

Or have they..?

Someone knocked on the door. snapping me out of my thoughts. I hopped downstairs and opened the door and saw ..

"Areum!!" Of course, none other than Sehun.

"Sehun! What brings you by?" I asked, but before he could respond he tackled me in a hug. I giggled and hugged back. "I miss you so much" He pinched my cheek. "I missed you too" I smiled and ruffled his hair.

"Your mom actually contacted me and said that she'll be away for a while so I thought to swing by!" He said. "Plus, I missed youu~" He hugged me again and kissed my cheek.

Sehun and I are actually best friends and he's very, very clingy. People even think that we're together.

"Why didn't you tell me you were moving here? AND why didn't you tell me you were going to the same school as me?" He pouted.

"Eh, I didn't have time?" I said. "If you said to me earlier then I would've gone to school" He said as he sat down and crossed his arms and pouted again.

Oh I forgot to say, Sehun is actually one of those bad boys in school like he sometimes cut classes and stuff like that but he never ever plays with girls.

He's lucky enough that he's intelligent. I sighed.

It was almost night and Sehun decided that we go to a cafe.

I held both my arms and shivered, I regret not bringing a jacket with me dang it. "Here" Sehun handed me his jacket, "A-Are you sure? You might get-" "It's fine" He smiled. I gladly accepted it and wore it.

As we got to the cafe, my nose was filled with a coffee like arouma. Me and Sehun sat down and a waiter came. "Annyeong haseo! What would you like for today?" The waiter asked.

"Two coffee please, thanks" Sehun said.

The waiter nodded and left with a smile.

He came back with our order and Sehun payed for it. "How have you been? Last time I saw you was three years ago" Sehun asked sipping his coffee.

"I'm doing okay I guess. I got threatened on the first day" I replied swirling the small spoon on my coffee. I slightly jumped when Sehun choked on his drink.

"Mwo?! Who?! I'll beat that-!" Sehun nearly yelled. "Hey! Calm down, it was a girl" I said. Sehun was still tense. "Let me guess, Michan?" He said. I nodded, he slightly clam down but was still tensed.

"How did you know?" I asked. "She's like the 'queen' of the school apparently. She always wants attention and according to idiots she's the most 'beautiful' girl ever" Sehun said in disgust. "But.. I actually used to date her.." Sehun added awkwardly.

Now I was the one who choked. "Wae?!"

He's kinda biased for saying that actually..

"Well I loved her so much, I would do anything. One day she was absent and I decided to come swing by her house..Well.. Let's say I saw her with another person" Sehun said.

I laid my back on the seat. Wow, "Since then I didn't want to date anyone." Sehun added. "Aw oppa, it's okay. Not all girls are like this. If you ever find one, I'll help you court her" I smiled.

Sehun chuckled. "Ahh, you're adorable" He reached out and pinched my cheek.

I slightly blushed, "Oppa?" I called, "Hm?"

"I'll just go to the bathroom" He nodded and I left.

As Areum left, Sehun was left alone with his finished coffee. He laid back and thought about Areum.

God.. I missed her so much. Her laugh, smile, eyes..

I just hope Suga or Bangtan doesn't mess with her, or us EXO will mess with them back.

Since Areum is very, very dear to Sehun, EXO does care for her back although they actually never met her before because Sehun was afraid they'll play with her or something.

Or maybe because he didn't want Areum to see he was hanging out with a bunch of weirdos.

The door opened and the entrance bell rang. Sehun looked over.

Speak of the devil..

I honestly don't know how Sehun behaved actually so just think of him like a bad boy lookin dude with a silly attitude, but of course he gets serious at times.
