Chapter 5

(Deadlox's POV)

I ran off to the castle entrance and saw Jason, Mitch, Jerome, Ian, Quentin, and Seto waiting for me.

"Anybody found something?" I asked.

"No." they all said together.

"Well, I talked with Vanessa and she told me she will search for Sky in the forest."

"But what if the squids try to kill her?" said Jason (or TrueMU)

"She's got a plan, it's okay." I reassured him.

"I don't trust that mad scientist." said Seto.

"Don't call her like that! she's not insane or anything, she's just random." I said.

"I still don't trust her, what if she did something to Sky?" Seto said.

"I know her, she wouldn't do that." I reassured.

Suddenly Vanessa came rushing at us and interrupted the conversation. She tried to hold her breath and said.

"Sky... He-He's d-different."

"What do you mean by different?" Said Ian.

"I saw him, he was with Herobrine and had glowing white eyes like him." She said.

"H-Herobrine?" Stuttered Jerome.

"You mean Herobrine changed him?" Said Mitch.

"Exactly." She said.

"Lets go to my base, I think I have a book about that." Seto said.

(Vanessa's POV)

Great, now we need to follow him.

I didn't really liked Seto, like any other sorcerer I've met. It was natural hate, like dogs and cats. We were the opposite, kind of. You know, magic is always trying to deny science. It makes me so angry.

No time for rants, you need to find an answer.

We finally got to Seto's base, it was full of shelves with books. Enchanting tables were laying all over the place, and I saw some recruits trying to use their magic. Seto took an old red book from a shelf. The title said, "Minecraft Myths and Legends"

He sat on a chair and we all gathered around him.

"Let's see," he said while flipping the dusty pages,"here it is, 'Becoming a Brine'. Here it says,

'If a person is persuaded by Herobrine, he might turn him/her into a Brine. The side effects are Herobrine's eyes, powers, and strength. Also an uncontrollable urge to kill and gain power.

The victim might be recovered by...'

The page has been torn there."

"Holy Hephaestus, what are we going to do now?!" Said Ty.

"Hmm... I know! Seto, give me the book."

I took the book and read its back.

"It says it's from, The SM Library?"

"I know that place. I went there once, but it's lost in time now." Seto said.

"It's our only chance, tell us what you know." said Quentin.

"There's a desert really far from here, the library was located there. A magician war happened, and the library got destroyed into ruins. Most of the books were stolen or destroyed, but the others were buried in the sand with the ruins." Seto said.

"Well, we need to get ready for a new journey." said Ty.

"Yes! Let's go!" I shouted happily which surprised the others, even me. I'm rarely in a good mood.
