Annabeth was with Piper, Hazel, and Calypso for a "girls week". This left Percy at home with a 2 year old daughter and a 5 month old son. Because Annabeth was gone, grocery shopping had not been done in a while. So of course, Percy took the two children with him. When he was looking in the pasta aisle an old lady came near him. She looked at him strangely, glared at him and gave him looks of annoyance. Finally Percy had enough and said, "Is there a problem?!" The old woman glared at him and responded, "No nothing, nothing at all, Perseus Jackson!" Within seconds Percy had his children hidden behind him and his pen out about to uncap it when the old woman changed. Athena had taken the spot of the old woman. She grimaced before replying, "At least I know that my daughter's children are not going to be taken by any monsters under your watch."
