Saving Bella's life

      Epov

I had to hang back. So I took a little detour back to town real quick to go get Bella something. But then I got this bad feeling. I stopped my bike.

"You need my dad and Emmett." I shake my head and turn and head to the house. I made my call to Emmett and Charlie and Charlie said he felt it to that they were 15 minutes from the house.

I got to the house and ran into the house to my bedroom. I went into the walk into the walk in closet and got into my gun safe.

God I was hoping never to use this gun. I loaded it and hid it and ran back out Just as everyone pulled in.

"Edward help me unhook the trailer. Rose grab the guns." Charlie demanded. I ran over and helped Charlie as Emmett pulled out his car. Rose ran back out with 2 shot guns and Charlie hand gun. Then two other people pulled in.

"Edward get in." Charlie said. I turned and looked at Rose who had a shot gun. "They're here to watch the twins Edward. Don't worry we trust them with our lives." I jumped into the truck as Rose jumped into Emmett's car.

"There's a back way into your guys spot. So they won't even know were coming." Charlie says.

      Bpov

I saw someone I didn't even know. I took off running as fast as I could. I got a ways ahead of the person because they didn't even see me or get off their bike yet.

I finally turned and go into the woods. I kept going up until I slid. Of all things I slid into the river. But I was a ways down from the campsite.

I knew I had to focus. I closed my eyes and focus on Edward and my Dad. I saw them in dad's truck coming in the back way.

"I'm in the river dad." I snapped eyes open and I fought to keep my head above water. God it's cold.

     Epov

"Shit Bella's  in the river!" Charlie snapped out." I looked at Charlie wide eyed and he grabbed the cb. "Rose you got your ears on back there?" He asked. "Yeah dad." She said. "Turn around and you know the trail that goes across the river then the road that goes along the river." He explained. "Yeah dad." She responded.

"Hurry Bella's in the river." He said. "Shit! On it dad." She said. "Edward hang on now you get to see me in action." The next I knew Charlie pressed down on the gas paddle and we sped up. Now I know why he asked for a clutch.

This man can move. No doubt about that. As soon as we got next to the river Emmett was right on the other side. "Start looking in the river Edward." I did as he asked me.

After about an hour we heard Rose. "Dad stop!" We stop and get out of the truck. "There dad!" We looked to where she's pointing and that's when I take off for a dead run.

I stopped and looked around and see a boulder and go and climb on it and kneel down. "BELLA!" She snaps her head up and she starts swimming towards me. I reach out and the next I knew she grabs my hand and I pulled her up into my arms.

"Someone came to our spot. I don't know who he was I took off running before he saw me I fell in the river." I started laughing and held her close to me.

     Bpov

"Only you and your clumsiness baby." I started shaking. "Edward I'm freezing." Edward felt my face and looked at me. "Baby you're freezing we need to get you home fast." I felt Edward scoop me up and started running to the truck.

"Charlie I need a blanket now." Edward gently stands me up but braces me up. He wraps the blanket around me and that's when my legs gave out. Edward scooped me back up and put me in the truck and held me.
