taehyung my child- this chapter is like singing but like i said- but three periods of singing? nty i'm not writing three chapters of characters singing
HYUN
"Today in music, we will all be singing solo's!" Mr. Jung exclaimed, clapping his hands happily. A lot of students sighed, some looked scared, and most just smirked. Hyun didn't really give a shit, honestly.
"You'll all thank me, you all have mathematics after lunch, so I've saved you all from that! You have three periods of Music today! Lucky ducks!" Mr. Jung struts over to his chair, where his laptop sat. "First up: Min Yoongi!" The boy who referred to himself as Suga groaned, and stood up lazily. "Why me?" Suga complains, shuffling to the stage like thing. "Because you have dyed your hair, why not celebrate?" Mr. Jung sasses, smirking. Suga chuckles, shrugging. "Yah, fair enough. I'll be singing/rapping a song i made called 'First Love.' It'll be great."
(i won't link it bc i think we all that song)
It was as if the lyrics were something completely different from what the song was about. He was simply singing about his piano, but it seemed to hit hard. The emotion in his voice was the very reason Hyun had tears building up in her eyes. Her brother, Baekhyun, played the piano. All the time. Suga's voice was deep, rough- but smooth. He held himself like a true pianist as his hands flew across the keys. A small smile appeared on his face as he played, he sang with expression, and that's what impressed Hyun. She never thought a kid, or the kids, in her class could sing.
The boy stopped. His breathing was light, but quick. He stared at the piano with happiness, and then grinned at Mr. Jung, who was clapping very loudly. "Well done! Lee Hyun, you next."
She froze. Her heart began beating fast, as she looked at her teacher. "M-me?"
"Yes, go on. That song, Stay? You were telling me about it. Please sing it for us."
(stay by blackpink, it's in the soundtrack thingo but it has a better meaning next chapter? idk which chapter it's in)
TAEHYUNG
Taehyung felt jealous. Not that he didn't go next, but because this interesting girl was able to play the guitar like a boss.
Her eyes stared out the window as she sung, her voice beautiful and clear. The song was sad and sweet, but sounded upbeat. Taehyung's mind began to wander, thinking about who the lyrics to be about. An ex? A friend? A celebrity?
The song was almost as beautiful as Suga's- and Taehyung and Suga were best friends. Like, he'd never choose anyone over his little Maknae and Hyung's. But right now, he was entranced by this quiet girl. Her eyes held a pain of some sort, as if something was haunting her.
But then it struck him.
"Oh, Taehyung. Did you hear about the Lee family? They lost a son- a brother- and a father. Lee Baekhyun and Lee Choi. Lee Hyun goes to your school, please give her our sympathies." Said Taehyung's mother, as the boy ate his breakfast. "Oh, okay." Taehyung frowns, a pain in his chest arose as he imagined that happening to him.
Hyun. Lee Hyun. Literally the girl sitting in front of him, singing. 'My sympathies, Lee Hyun.' He thought, then mentally shat himself as she stopped singing. 'Shit, can she read minds? I hope not- I'm scared oh my gosh.'
"Done." She muttered, placing the guitar down and walking to the back of the classroom. She sat at her desk, her head hanging low. But what Taehyung was most worried about, was the fact that she smelled strongly of alcohol.
