Broken

***Liam***

When I woke up , Candy wasn't in bed . I got up and did my morning stuff and went downstairs .
"Morning Candy ".
"Morning Liam , I made breakfast for you ".
"Thanks ".
When I came back out , the house  phone rang.  I picked it up and it was my mother .

"Morning mom ".
"Morning Liam ".
And then we talked for awhile until I we both hung up the phone. 
I ate my breakfast and then went to my room and took my phone.
I saw another pile of work .

When I sat down to do it , it was a bunch of legal stuff for my other mother to see me.  Then it was another bunch of complicated work .
"Candy ". I yelled
No answer. 
I got up and looked around the house to find her nowhere .

I took my phone out and called her. 
She answered and said "Hey Liam ".
"Where are you ?".
"Ohh , I thought you saw me leaving the house.  I went to lunch with a couple of my friends ".
"Oh okay , well can you tell me why  there are a bunch of legal stuff for me to see my other mother and another bunch of papers that are complicated ".

"Your father just left those for you to do ".
"Okay , I will ask him.  Have fun on your lunch ".
"Okay , bye ".
And then she hung up and I started to wonder if her 'friends ' were actually just a cover up to see some guy. 
This is what I mean when my  brain  goes crazy about Candy.

I called my dad and he explained to me what those papers where about . She is coming to see me in a few days , but uncle Xavier is also coming to make sure nothing goes wrong .

He also said that him taking the whole family expect for me was part of the reason . And he also said that those complicated papers are for him to figure out. 
So I have no work today .
So I went to my secret place and hung out there for awhile until I fell asleep. 

When I woke up , I saw it was nighttime already . I got up and went the kitchen to make some food .
When I got there , I saw Candy with two  people . They were both girls. 
"Oh hey Liam ".
"Hey ". I said awkwardly since I wasn't wearing a shirt .
"This is Liam Anderson . I work for him . Liam this is Hailey and Quinn ".

"Nice too meet you ".
"Nice abs by the way ". Quinn said
I get she isn't a geek . The name can make you think that.
"Thank you I guess . Well I was going to make dinner ".
"Ohh okay . And Liam -
"I know ". I said going back to my secret place and putting  back on my shirt .

I went back to the kitchen and made dinner for the four of us . When it was done , we ate it and I got to know Hailey and Quinn a little better. 
When they left , I took a shower and went to bed .

I was playing on my phone when Candy came into the room .
She handed me the house phone and our fingers touched .
Ugh , stupid voice can you shut up .
Nope lover boy .
Anyways , it was my mother. We talked and then she had to go to bed so we hung up the phone .

I went back downstairs to put the phone back . When I got back up , I heard Candy talking .
"I cant sleep ".
"So come over ".
"What ?. Don't give me that look ".
It was a male  voice. 

"Anyway , I need to sleep ".
"Don't you mean try and sleep ".
"Stop ". She whinned
"Love you ".
"Love you too ".

Those last words she said killed my heart . Does she have a boyfriend that I don't know about ?
I went back downstairs and went to my secret place. 
I slept there that night but it was in the middle of the night that I fell asleep. 

Before I fell asleep , my mind was racing again about Candy.
Ugh , why am in love with her . My voice  screamed in my head .
