Luke snuck back inside the room. He had to admit that his first thought was to run, as far and as fast as possible away. But he didn't have a choice: Majka came out from her hiding place and clashed their sabers together. She was noticeably angrier, stronger. She was getting angry, not at her son but for their current situation.

She moved them back outside, she needed him to get to a place where he had no other option then to come with her. She slashed with her saber back and forth until the edge of the long bridge. She pushed him back onto the ground, her saber pointed at his chest.

"You are beaten, it is useless to resist." Majka said. Luke shook his head, he was afraid seeing her full rath, "Don't let yourself be destroyed as Obi-Wan did."

At the mention of his fathers best friend, whom he saw murdered, Luke jumped back up. He had to get justice for Obi-Wan and every other victim of the Empire. Luke had a new burst of energy, taking Majka by surprise and bringing her sword to the right to cut her left arm. Which, in turn did no harm. Majka lost her left limbs years ago to a different Skywalker. But then Luke snipped her left side, but he didn't know Majka was a master to pain. She formulated her pain into strength, to bleed and suffer more to become stronger. She fought back harder.

She pushed her son out onto a mere limb. She intended to disarm him, twisting his hand in the same way she had done earlier. But instead, she accidentally went too far and cut off his hand. Sending her old lightsaber down into oblivion. His agonizing scream brought her back to reality.

The wind slows, and Luke hangs on for dear life while trying to balance his physical pain.

"There is no escape.  Don't make me destroy you.  You do not yet realize your importance.  You have only begun to discover your power." Majka reached out to Luke, "Join me and I will complete your training.  With our combined strength, we can end this destructive conflict and bring order to the galaxy."

"I'll never join you!" Luke yelled back, trying to get as far away from her as possible. Majka searched his being, he didn't know.

"Anakin never told you what happened to your mother." Her voice was calmer now, she now knew why he won't join her. Thinking she was only a dark masked figure.

"He told me enough. He told me you killed her." He spat in (Y/N)'s direction.

"No." (Y/N) began, she swallowed the harsh reality of what she had done to herself.

"She's your mother." Anakin spoke from behind his wife. He had run in just in time.

"No..." Luke looked at them confused, "No, you're lying! That's impossible!"

Luke's life continued to crumble before him. His trust in Anakin shaken. Darth Majka, the dark figure who had killed thousands of people, his friends and family included, was his mother? It couldn't be. He could not be carrying her genes inside of him.

"Search your feelings! You know it to be true!" (Y/N) begged of her son. But he only screamed and sobbed, trying to shut out his reality.

"Luke.  You can destroy the Emperor. He has foreseen this.  It is your destiny.  Join me-" Majka began but Anakin cut in.

"Don't Luke!" Anakin stopped, with Majka placing her lightsaber to his chest. She would never follow through, but she needed her son.

"Why didn't you tell me!" Luke looked with dagger eyes at his father.

"I'm sorry. I didn't know how to explain it." Anakin said.

"How could you!" Luke yelled.

"I was trying to protect you!" Anakin begged.

"Get out of here, Master Skywalker." Majka urged him with her saber.

"Which one? Me or you?" Anakin sassed back, "Because I'm not leaving."

"Leave!" Majka shouted, putting her saber to his chest.

"Put your saber down." Anakin told her, but (Y/N) didn't budge.

"Why are you here?" (Y/N) asked.

"For our son." Anakin said.

"He's coming with us. You, Leia, Chewbacca, none of you will not leave me." Majka said. Her possession leaning into obsession.

"They won't be coming. It's just me." Anakin said, his eyes looking to were Luke would've been. But he was gone. She looked over the railing to see that he was falling down into who knows where.

She grabbed her chest, feeling the presence of her daughter leaving. She closed her eyes and saw an image of Leia in a cockpit.

"What have you done?" (Y/N) looked back at him, "Do you know how the Emperor will react when I return empty handed?"

"You won't be." Anakin told her, keeping his hands up, "You'll be taking me, and only me, to the Emperor. Besides, that's who he wants right? He wants the people who he thinks can destroy him to be destroyed."

Majka looked at the man she loved with a puzzled look.

"Sacrifice." Anakin answered her unsaid question, "It's what we do for the people we love the most, but you know all about that. That we'd do anything for them. That's what I'm doing right now for my children, for you."

"You can not think that I-" (Y/N) still held the saber to his chest, but Anakin moved his hands lower and Majka threatened with her eyes.

"We sacrifice for the people we love." He stared at her eyes, as they shifted back to normal, the yellow draining out of them.

"I can't let you do that." She shook her head. Nobody she loved would ever die for her.

"I'm not letting you get hurt again over something that I can fix." Anakin said.

"But you can't fix it, Anakin! Face it! I have! This isn't your choice!" (Y/N) tried to save him.

"I think it is!" Anakin actually yelled back, he grabbed out the pendent from under his tunic. The one they have from their marriage. It looked aged and like it had seen a lot of sun from Tatooine, but it still held the same meaning. "It's my turn. You need to let me help you. I'll do anything."

(Y/N) put her saber down, she felt her desperation be let go at the sight of the necklace. She felt her chest for heart as it ached. Palpatine made sure she kept her own necklace as a constant reminder of her failure.

She held the necklace in her hands tight. Anakin sighed of relief, for the first time he didn't feel cold when she was near. He didn't wait for a better sign, and took her into his arms. Even with the mask on, she sobbed dryly and painfully. Her regret overcoming her body. Anakin kissed her forehead, then her nose, then finally she removed her mask to reveal her lips. Both of them relished in the feeling of their lovers lips, feeling the same if not more love than before. It had been so long since they were so close. They couldn't bare it any longer.

"Go to my ship. I will be there as soon as I can." (Y/N) said, "We will create a new plan for how to handle this."

"I promise you that. I will end your suffering, if it's the last thing I do." Anakin assured her, holding her forehead to his own. His rough hand and mechanical hand held her face down, she stared at the necklace hanging in front of her.

"You already have." She grabbed his necklace with her hands, kissing it, then kissing him.
