a zelink love story

chapter 1

(okay so this is my first ever fictional book to write please tell me if you like it or not)

Link had just finished a long day of training and the sun was now setting. He gets a piece of grass and uses it to play epona's song and she comes running to him only seconds later. Link was now on his way to meet up with his love princess Zelda.

He arrives at the castle a short time later ,and is greeted by some guards. He hops off his horse and Pat's her back leg to send her off. As he continues to walk he begins to day dream and ends up running into somebody. "Ouch" he immediately recognized who that voice belonged to.

"O zel I'm sorry I wasn't paying attention... here uh let me help you up" he stands and holds out his hand. She takes it and stands up "it's fine I must admit I was not paying attention either"she can feel a slight blush come upon her cheeks and trys to hide it, but it was to late she knew he'd already seen cause a smirk appeared on his face.

"so what do you have planned for today my princess" "actually my schedule is clear for today" link smiles when he hears this "well then how bout we go and spend the day at lake hylia?"

She smiles "That sounds like a splendid idea" "well then my princess let us grab your cloak and then be on our way" Zelda nods and kisses his cheek sweetly "I shall only be a moment" then she goes into her room leaving link with a smile.

After a few minutes pass she comes back out with her cloak on "we better let impa know before we go so she doesn't worry" "of course lead the way princess" he playfully bows. She roles her eyes and starts heading towards impa's room with link now hot on her trail.

Impa is Zelda's nurse maid ,but also like a mother to her. Since her real mother died when she was very young. She is also the head of the sheikah tribe.

When they arrive zelda knocks on the door and they wait. Impa opens the door "Is everything okay your highness?" "Yes impa everything is fine I just wanted to let you know since my schedule is clear I am going to spend the day with link" "Okay that is fine"

she looks at link serious written all over her face "link keep her safe" "I will protect her with my life" "Good i'm trusting you don't let me down" link nods and Zelda takes his hand and leads him away.

When link regains balance him and the princess walk out of the castle hand in hand. "O link do u think we could have a picnic it's such a perfect day for one" "of course anything for u my love besides I'm starving"

She giggles "link your always hungry sometimes I wonder if that's all u think about" "ok u got me there but that's definitely not all I think about your what I think about most of the time" he admits.

Zelda feels her cheeks get hotter and they turn a rosey pink. Link chuckles and kisses her cheek. "Come on princess we better get going" "huh... o yes of course"

After they get some stuff for there picnic they pay and head out to hyrule field. Link picks a piece of grass and plays epona's song. When she arrives link hop's on then gives zelda his hand to help her up. She gratefully takes it and he pulls her up.

"Hold on tight princess" she wraps her arms around his torso ,and rests her head on his shoulder and he smiles. "Next stop lake hylia!" He flicks epona's reigns and they head toward there destination.

When they arrive link hop's off first then helps Zelda down. "Here ya go girl I'm sure your hungry to" he feeds her a carrot ,and when he is finished he goes and sits down beside Zelda who has already set everything up. "This is truly such a beautiful place... so peaceful... so quiet"

"It's beauty will never be as beautiful as u" link says with a smirk and leans closer. Zelda blushes slightly when she turns her head and realizes how close there faces where.

He gently plants his lips on hers , and it's a soft but passionate kiss. She immediately kisses him back without hesitation. After about a minute they slowly pull away and stare into each other's eyes

"I love you my hero" "I love you too my princess" Then they are interrupted when they hear something. They quickly stand and link makes sure to keep Zelda close to him. When suddenly a whole army of monsters pop up.

Link takes Zelda's hand and quickly puts her on epona. After quickly shooting some monsters down with his bow and arrows he hops on epona as well ,and quickly takes off. He keeps one hand around Zelda's waist ,and the other on epona's regins.

Zelda takes links bow and shoots some of the monsters. While link focus's on getting to the temple of time. When they arrive they have finally lost the monsters. Link hurries and once again takes up the master sword.

Then suddenly the temple begins to shake and a dark figure appears! "Ganondorf!" Link Growl's as he moves zelda behind him. Ganondorf laughs "aaa the hero of time and princess Zelda what a pleasant surprise"

"What do u want ganondorf" "hmm u would think it was obvious I am here to retrieve what is rightfully mine!" "You will never get our triforce ganondorf!"

"That's right evil will never prevail especially not while I'm around! I will use all my strength to protect hyrule and it's princess!" "We'll I guess we'll just have to arrange your death then won't we boy!"

Ganondorf laughs and a ball of magic appears over his head. Link gets in a ready stance. The magic fly's at him ,but link immediately sends it back at him with a spin attack! This makes ganondorf week and he falls down on one knee.

"This isn't over I will be back and I will have your triforce pieces!" With that smoke appears all around them. When it has all cleared ganondorf has vanished.
