I can't believe jack kissed me but the thing is. I let him kiss me. Jack can't like me, and I can't like him it just doesn't work. plus I have Tyler. Tyler, oh no what am I gonna do. if I tell him he'll most likely break up with me, but if I don't tell him the guilt will eat me alive. ugh God please help me.

I get up off the floor and climb into bed. it's only 7 but I need to sleep on this one. I plug up my phone and turn my radio volume on low and fall asleep to Haliee Stienfield.

*** next morning

I wake up and get dressed. I'm not really in the mood to get dressed up, so I throw on a maroon sweatshirt that says "Hipster" at the top with some skinny jeans and my white converse. I throw my hair in a high pony tail in look in the mirror, eh guess this will work. I slept in my contacts by accident so my eyes were aching I took out and rinsed off my face and threw on my glasses.

I go into the bathroom and brush my teeth and swish around some mouthwash. I look at the time to see it's only 7:00. I still have 45 minutes to kill, so I decide to go but some breakfast. I walk downstairs and my mom is on the couch sleeping. I leave her a note and grab my keys and backpack, purse, phone and head out the door. As I'm walking out, I see jack come out as well. great. I just keep walking and don't pay attention to him. I get in my car and pull out the drive way and head to Hardy's. I stop at a red light and jack is right behind me and instead of turning left to head to school, I kept going straight. I notice he didn't turn either. I pull up to Hardy's and park my car, and can you guess who pulled in right behind me? Jack, I sit in my car for a minute to let him go in first but he doesn't. He comes up beside the window and taps on it. I roll down the window and just look at him.

"Hey, um can we talk? please?" he asks with pleading eyes.

"sure" I say with no emotion

We walk in and there's only a few people here so that means it won't take long. I order two cinnamon rolls and and orange juice. I pay for my food and go sit at a table for me and jack. As I wait for my number to be called, jack comes and sits down. "so are we gonna talk.?"

"um yeah about last night, I shouldn't have kissed yo-" he starts to say but I interrupt

"yeah you really shouldn't have" I say and drink my juice.

"yeah well you also didn't have to kiss back." he snaps and I was about to say something until they my number. I go grab my food and jack gets his shortly afterwards.

"look kali, can we just forget that the kiss ever happened?" he says

"I wish I could jack, but I have a boyfriend and knowing that I kissed you while being with him is gonna kill me." I say and he just sighs.

" I know but it was like a 3 second kiss, he won't be that mad" he shrugs

"you obviously don't get it jack. even if it was half a second, we still did. you may not be used to caring about people or their feelings but I do." I angrily stand up and throw away my food.

I walk out of Hardy's and head to my car an quickly pull out the parking lot and head to school. It's still only 7:25, I can sit in my car for a few minutes. I just don't understand why Jack doesn't care. I know he's not used to being in a relationship, but he can't just expect people not care if they get cheated on. I mean it's not like I fucked jack but I did let him kiss me even though it was wrong.

I sit in the car for about 15 minutes ten finally get out. Everyone is starting to show up since it's 7:40 and I head go class. We all start piling in just before the tardy bell.

"ok class, I hope you all finished your assignments because there die today." Mr. Fitz says and we all start getting out our posters. Shit I think I left mine in my trunk. "um Mr Fitz can I go grab mine out of my trunk? I forgot to get it out." I ask hoping he'll say yes. "yes kali but hurry." I hope out my seat and grab my keys and head outside. I walk out to my car and I see jack just now getting to school. "Jack? where have you been?" I look at him and his eyes are red. "I was busy." he says and walks past me. I shrug and pop my trunk and grab it out and begin walking back inside.

I turn in my poster and sit back down at my desk. I look over and see jack asleep in his desk. I tap him to make him wake up. He slowly rises up and asks me for some food. "Jack we just ate 30 minutes ago." I laugh at him "But I'm craving some pizza, you wanna go get some at lunch?" he asks and I raise my eyebrow. "Only if Tyler and Johnson can come." I ask and he rolls his eyes. "Yeah sure whatever" he groans and lays his head back down.

***lunch

We take Jacks jeep because it has more room. "hey can I have to aux cord?" I ask and Johnson hands it to me over his shoulder. "Don't play no dumb shit" Jack says and I laugh. I turn on Up by Nav. It starts playing and we all get lit. "I didn't know you liked this kind of music." Johnson looks at me surprised. "I love all music" I laugh. We finally make it to Pizza Hut and we all go inside and order the buffet. I make my way up to the buffet and grab 2 pieces of pineapple and ham and a piece of pepperoni and then make my salad. I make my way back to the table and the lady asks me what I want to drink, "Dr. Pepper please." she nods and walks off. The boys soon make there way over and they order their drinks to. Tyler takes a seat by me and I look and see 5 pieces of pizza on his plate. "Dang babe you hungry?" I laugh. "What can I say, I gotta big appetite." he laughs "you better save room for desert." I laugh and drink my drink. "Don't worry, I will." he says and winks at me. I almost choke on my drink but my face just turns pink and I begin eating my salad.
