I reach the end of the path. To my left stands Ivy, looking at the new dollhouse. The room has changed, but there is still the room that holds the lady, and a room that has expanded of the house to represent the last room we were in. Ivy turns around.
"3 panels in this room." She peers around the dollhouse. "Make that 4. Should we start with this one?"
I nod. I start walking towards the panel she had pointed to, but it is on the other side of the room.
"So, where did you come from anyways? You said that you have no family, and that you've been stuck inside this house forever, so do you remember anything?"
"Not really," she replies, "just that I'm not normal. I woke up one morning in this house. I couldn't remember anything at all, but eventually, after running into one of the traps on accident, found out that I had powers as such. Unusual powers."
"Fair trade." I say, giggling.
"Yeah, but sometimes it's hard, not knowing anything. Not knowing your friends. Your family. Sometimes I wonder whether they miss me, you know."
"Yeah. Funnily enough, I do."
Ivy grins at me. There is a short period of silence before either of us speak. I continue to walk forward.
"Your standing right in front of it now." She points out.
I stop. The rain starts coming down again, but it's only spitting. I reach out in front of me.
I look back at Ivy. I press the pane of glass.
