Personally I love kickboxing because I'm not that good at it. I workout in front of my television and I can see what I'm doing and I'm always laughing at my self because in some kickboxing movements I don't know what I'm doing but then after i repeat it a few times I get the hang of it. Find workouts you love and do them because this will make you love working out and motivate you more.
