3. Strike!

We reached the bowling alley and we were given a lane to bowl in.

"Wow, this is quite fun Serena." Avan said

"See, i knew you'd love it."

"To me, this is boring," I said,"We should've gone somewhere else."

"But, this was one of the best choices Victoria."  Mum said.

"Eh, whatever. I'm heading over to the bar to get a drink."

At the bar, i ordered for a coke and a packet of chips.

"Bon Appetit" The bar man said to me with a smile on his face.

"Um merci i guess.., i dont speak french." I answered

"Ahh i see, your one of the locals," he said, "Don't you take french classes at school."

"Huh i do but i never pay attention."

"You should my dear. French is an incredible language to learn."

"I'd rather soon learn Spanish" I mumbled under my breath and left the bar.

Victoria POV: I looked over to my mum and avan. They were sure having a good time unlike me. I have no idea why i actually came with them..should've stayed home with Madison. This is gonna take forever..

"C'mon Victoria. Join in." Avan said

"Um no. Buh-bye" I walked over to mum

"Mum, can i go home? This is too boring." I asked politely

"Why go home? I thought you loved trips like this."

"I used to. But now i dont. I prefer other places than bowling."

"Oh honey, fine go home." My mum said "But wait you dont have any transport,..I'll call Madison to come pick you up."

"Thanks mama" I kissed her on the cheek.

"Wait for about 10 mins, Maddie will be here."

"Ok."

After 10 long minutes, Maddie finally showed up with her BMW x6 outside. I kissed and waved Avan and Mum goodbye and walked out the door to madison's car.

"So how was bowling?" Maddie, my sister asked me

"What do you think!?"

"Terrible. I can tell because mum told me you wanted to go home."

"I didn't really wanna go home Maddie," I said," Lets go get some Fro-Yo before heading home."

"Sure. I'll get yours for you because you look really tired. What flavour do you want?"

"Just strawberry and some sprinkles."

"Oh ok. It'll take about 5 mins to get to the nearest fro-yo ok?"

"Sure, I dont mind waiting."

When we reached the fro-yo shop, I heard her get out of the car. 

"Um Victoria,...," she said," Here's your fro-yo" She hands it

"Thanks," I said "Mmm, its so yummy."

"Hey Victoria, look up at the sky. Its a shooting star," she said "Wish for something! quick!"

At that very moment, I wished for the best summer ever. I wished for summer to last forever and ever. I want it to be the best summer...
