I woke up 5 minutes after. This was horrifying. Demi loves Avan?! I was still thinking why didn't she tell me? They still didn't know that i was awake, so i overheard their conversation in the kitchen.
"Why didn't you tell me? I thought you said she didn't mind at all."
"I know, i'm sorry Avan. It's just i wanted you all to myself."
"Well..i love you too Demi, but you know Victoria has feelings for me."
"Ugh i know, i know. I'll talk with her. Bye. I love you."
"Love you too babe. Good luck."
I could hear Demi's footsteps approaching where i was laying down. She started shaking me to awake me.
"Can you please stop that?!" I yelled and pretended i just awoke.
"Come here Avan! She's awake."
"Victoria! Are you feeling okay?" Avan said while feeling for heat on my forehead.
"Yep. I'm great! Now, what about this?" I turned to Demi, "Why didn't you tell me?"
"Sorry. I didn't want you to find out that i have feelings for Avan" Demi said in a sort of crying voice, "I thought you'd tear me in two. I know that you love him, but i love him too Victoria."
Oh great! This was just awesome. My bestfriend in the whole wide world was into my crush....why does Avan have to be so hot?
I turned to Avan, "Well, go ahead. Who do you want?"
"Victoria, don't make me choose...but if i have to, it's you." He said while moving up close to me.
"Wait, what...how?why?"
"I've always loved you. I mean i love Demi too, but you're more of my type." He kisses me.
"What about me?" Demi said starting to break down.
"I love you Demi. But, i simply can't date you. I'm sorry, i really love Victoria."
"Thanks a lot Vicky!" Demi turns and furiously storms out.
"What am i supposed to do Avan?" I started crying onto his shoulder.
"Don't worry about it, i'll talk to her. For now, you take a rest." He hugs me and lays me down.
"Thanks Avan. I love you." I say & passionately kiss him.
"I love you too Victoria. I always will. Bye."
He leaves, and while he's at the door, he looks back and smiles at me. I smile back.
