I guess it was pretty weird to believe that wishing to the stars could fulfill your dream. But, i didn't let Demi stop me from believing it. That's one thing in life, never stop believing.
"I'm getting bored." said Demi.
"Mm, same." I said "Where's Avan anyway?"
Suddenly Avan appeared behind us in his swimming trunks.
"Hello girls!"
"Where have you been?" me and Demi asked him
"Been swimming with a few people.."
"Oh ok." We said, " Avan, we're bored we wanna go home."
"Why go home?" he asked.
"Well there's nothing really fun to do here." We answered
"But, what about me?" Avan said, " I don't have a ride."
"Don't worry Avan, we'll come pick you up later!" Me and Demi replyed happily
"Thanks. I guess you guys can go!"
"See ya!"
Me and Demi went cruising downtown. Avan thought we were going home but we weren't, we just went out ourselves.
"Woo! This is really fun Victoria!"
"I know right!"
"Where are we heading?"
"I have no idea."
"Oh i have an idea," Demi said "What about we go to the new bar downtown!"
"Oh sure! I'd love to."
So that was our plan, to go to the new bar downtown. I had a feeling this was going to be extremely fun.
"Um Demi,...You didn't tell me this was a karaoke bar!"
"Sorry, I thought you knew.."
" How would i know when i've never been here?!"
"Oh right! Sorry."
"Its ok. I dont really mind."
"Wanna sing?" Demi asked me
"Fine. I'll sing."
"Yay!" Demi hugged me, " I'll go tell the DJ. What song do you wanna sing?"
"I'll sing Say Something." I answered
"Oh cool! I love that song. So emotional though."
"Just go tell the DJ Demi!"
"Ok, ok fine."
In a few minutes i heard the DJ calling me up on stage. I went up there and sang my heart out. At the end people applaused for me.
"You're really talented at that!" The DJ said
"Aw thank you." I answered
"Hey! Who else thought she was amazing?!" The DJ asked the crowd
The crowd cheered louder and louder. At that moment i felt like Beyoncé.
"You did great out there!" Demi hugged me unexpectedly.
"Thanks Demi!" I hugged her back.
