My eyes shot open, as my body bolted up from the bed. A gasp for air escapes from me immediately. Staring around the room, I sighed. Sweat droplets formed on my forehead. "Are......Are you.....Ok?", Flowey gave my a quizzically look, through those tiny eyes, worry was visible, imprinted on their expression, as a forced smile stretches across my face. "Y-yeah, I'm fine", I say hoarsely. Mornings weren't exactly my liking. I blink the tiredness out of my vision, I'm in Sans' bedroom, it was relatively clean, though a few garbage pieces (mainly papers and mustard bottles), were littered across the floor. A shaky breath withdraws from Flowey. I turn to look at him. "What?", I whisper out, with inquisitiveness licking my tone. "Another nightmare.....Frisk...Are you sure your okay? You know....You can talk to me.....Or even Sans! I'm...worried", the flower stutters, while mumbling on the last phrase. I giggle, giving my companion a pat on the head. "I'm fine Flowey......I'm fine".

I feel lost...Help me...

Sans' P.O.V

I pause, after listening to my brother. I blink back in surprise and suspicion. "Wait.....I....", I stop, thinking again. How did I not notice? "WHAT?", Papyrus spat. "You uh.....You remember the human?", I ask warily. If a true reset took place, then there would be no possibility that anyone would remember who Frisk was......Right? Something was wrong...

"BROTHER WHAT DO YOU MEAN? FOR THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS ALL YOU'VE BEEN DOING IS SULK OVER A HUMAN'S DEATH! IT WOULD TAKE A MILLENNIUM FOR ME TO FORGET ABOUT HER! ALSO, JUST A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO WE SPOKE ABOUT THE HUMAN!", my brother made his point, I, was obviously not observant enough to notice this at the start, but that still doesn't explain how sweetheart even returned.

A nervous smile plasters my face. "U-uh....Right bro....Totally forgot", I stammer. How pathetic of me.

Once upon a time, I hated humans, acts of kindness and mercy were not something I took lightly. In fact, to me it showed that our foe thought of us as 'weak'. Losing my cool, saving and helping a human escape the underground, sulking over the death of a human. All of it. Sounded so.....Unreal....A long pause fills the gap of emtiness. My brother, waves his hand around, as a way to dismiss me. "Alright......Get out of my room", he spats, but in a more gentle tone. Obviously, I do so right away, avoiding eye contact.

Stomping back to my room with clenched fists, I listen quietly. Frisk. I hear them and that weed talking quietly. A hint of worry crosses my mind, but immediately vanishes. I don't know if I should be happy, or worried.

I sigh. This was a good thing...Right? Frisk was finally free of the torment of those flowers and yet.....I feel like that's not supposed to happen.

I rid my mind of these thoughts, as my hand slowly reaches to grasp the door knob. I really wanted to help them get out of this madness.

I freeze.

A presence. No...A soul...
The soul of a human...

I suddenly feel cold.

"Bad move Sans"
