Work was exhausting believe it or not. Although, she only works at a cafe, Valentina didn't realize the amount of picky customers at San Francisco.
She burned her fingers with the toaster twice because she was in a hurry to warm up bread for a picky customer. She was grateful that today she escaped a bunch of goons thanks to her handsome stranger.
In just a year, according to her plan, Valentina wouldn't have to live like this anymore. She just has to bide her time and wait before she can make her move. It was only a matter of time. Checking the clock to make sure she still has enough time, Valentina unbuttoned the first few buttons of her uniform and fixed her bra.
A jingle passed through the entire cafe which signaled that a customer has come in. Valentina saw her target from the lashes of her eyes. He was walking with confidence with his sleek black suit and tie. He was a handsome Hispanic with beautiful hazel eyes. Eyes that reminded her of someone she recently met.
And this same person with the warm hazel eyes walked behind her target with an easy smile on his face when he saw her. Tristan's smile spoke of puppy love and Valentina rolled her eyes to herself knowing that she didn't need this because her target, the man she wants was with Tristan.
She plastered a sensual smile on her face and walked towards the men. She knew she looked good in her uniform at the cafe. She picked this job for a reason. And it was to be closer to him.
"Valentina! What a pleasure to see you again." Tristan greeted her.
"It's nice to see you again to Tristan." she replied softly as her eyes led to the handsome man with Tristan.
