This is the original character request I drew for "Livetodraw" on another site. I usually paint once in awhile but not as often as cel-shading. I asked her for some info on her character:
Akira was often used by others in his earliest years. During High school he decided to isolate himself from others and from associating himself with mortal things such as friendship. After a fallacious word spoken, his so called friends betrayed him. Rashida Rowa once said:
"Before you count your friends, make sure you can count on them. Some friends are only around when they want something from you but are never there when you need something from them".
This is the type of relationship Akira had with the others. After their betrayal, he's never made another friend. Such people can never be called friends, at least no sane person would. These types of friendships are as people call, vending machines. As long as you have the money, you'll get what you want and without it you'll get nothing. Of course there are the breakers, the outlaws who break such sayings and push it to the limits.
During the freshmen year of high School, he meets people who try to get involved in his life, but he pushes them away. Eventually they become involved, and little by little, he starts opening up to them, and to others.
