Rumi Wakasa is a Rum suspect in Detective Conan. She hasn't appeared in the anime so far but she has had a few appearance in the Manga. In all her appearances, she ends it with a bang. She's a cool character.
It seems all the Rum suspects this time seem to each have their own secret. The Bourbon and Vermouth suspects were less confusing and direct. I like the way the Gosho Ayoma is going with this one.
Some say Rumi might be one of the good guys and she's becoming closer to Conan because he's investigating a case she's involved in.
