Jake's POV

As I stepped off the plane I breathed in the Florida air. It's good to be home. I scanned the airport for my fiancé and sister. My sight is soon clouded with fans. Next thing I know security is rushing me past my fans and outside where I see Jennifer, Jamie and Amanda. I grin and walk their way. Amanda's face lights up as soon as she sees me. She runs towards me and I scoop her up in my arms quickly twirling her around.

"I missed you!" she breathes as I set her down.

"I missed you too baby." I smile and kiss her.

"What about me?" I pull away from Amanda and look at my sister holding Jamie.

"I missed you too…." I walk over and take my daughter. "yes I did!" I coo at her.

                "Really Jake?" Jennifer huffs.

"Oh calm down sister." I ruffle her hair and she swats away my hand.

We get in the car and head back to my house. It's good to be home. I plop down on my bed and Amanda sits down on the bed next to me.

                "Tired babe?" She asks.

"Nah…a bit hungry tho." I sit up and look at her.

"Well Jennifer and I were thinking about taking you out to eat…to celebrate your new album and you being home." Amanda suggests.

                "Sounds good."

The next 30 minutes are honestly the best of my life, hanging out with my fiance and my sister. We left the baby with my parents.

"Ah…." I sigh leaning back in my chair at Applebees. "This is the life."

"You really think so babe?" Amanda giggles.

"I know so." I smile at her and take her hand.

"Too much cuteness going on here!" Jennifer whines.

"Chill out Jen." I grin at her.

"I'd love to chill out and go see a movie." Jennifer says.

"Movie it is." I grin. We pay for our food and head to the movie theater. I send a quick tweet to my fans to let them know that I'm home and going to a movie. As we arrive at the movie theater I regret that tweet, for the movie theater is surrounded by screaming girls.

                "Uhh…"Amanda looks at me.

"Lets go home." I shrug. Jennifer agrees and we head home.

That night as I laid with Amanda in my arms I couldn't help but smile. I've come a long way and I have so far to go, but with Amanda next to me it's going to be amazing.
