Graduation Day

Guess what? It's graduation day! I'm finally ending another chapter in my life. 

I couldn't wait to see Bea wearing her toga. Usually, on graduation day, girls prettify themselves and put make-up on. I hope Bea does that too. It's really rare to see her wearing make-up but I want to wear light make up. It suits her better .

We were going to have our graduation ceremony at Grand Majestic Hall.

I went there early with my dad and sister since my mom was busy and couldn't make it. I entered the hall and looked for Bea. She wasn't there yet. An hour later, Bea arrived. 

She looked simple. But beautiful, as always. 

When the ceremony started, we all sat down in our respective seats. I sat beside Bea because she was the salutatorian. I'm the valedictorian.

After the ceremony, we all went to the stage to sing our graduation song. After that, my sister told me to take a picture with Bea for remembrance. I didn't know why but I just agreed since I did want to take a picture with her.

Jake asked me to take a picture with him. I tried hard not to blush. After we took like a hundred pictures, I ate my lunch with Tisha,Carl and Jake. Yeah,Tisha and I made up. I felt happy at the same time, sad. I won't get to see Jake for how many months.Well, I can visit his house but wouldn't that be too obvious? His sister knows I like him and I'm afraid to be teased.

While eating, I started to tear up. Jake , Carl and Tisha comforted me and asked.

"Why're you crying?"

"Nothing. *sniff* *sniff* . The foods too spicy." I said. What? I couldn't think of a better alibi than that!

"Water.Water. Carl get water"Jake said.

Carl rushed to the waiter and came back with a glass of water. 

I drank the whole glass of water in less than 10 seconds. Then, I let out a huge burp.

Everyone laughed as we continued eating.

It was time to change our clothes since our graduation was over. Tisha , Carl , and I planned on going to the mall to hang out . Bea didn't want to come since she had to visit her sick grandmother in the hospital.

I changed into a red polo ( not the one I bought from Forever 21 ) and black khaki pants. When I got out of the restroom, my jaw dropped. It was like I saw an angel fall from heaven! No, seriously, I saw Bea.

She was wearing a pink sweater with grey stripes and a blue skirt. She was wearing the shoes I bought her!!! I was so happy inside but I didn't show it. 

I thought I had to give her something today that's why I came prepared. Before going here, I dropped by a flower shop and bought her a bouquet of different kinds of red flowers.

I approached her, hiding the flowers at my back. Then, I said.

" Hey Bea."

"Oh hey." She said taking off her headphones.

"I just wanted to give this to your grandma. Please ... uhmm ... tell her to take care of her health" I said. I was lying because Bea might misunderstand me giving her flowers.
