My Love, Your Love, TRUE LOVE

The Mall

  Rebecca wakes up to light hitting her in the face like a hammer. She tries to block the light with the bed covers but Amanda, who happened to be the one to open the curtains, quickly whips them off of her. She had just opened her eyes when Rebecca hears a voice right beside her ear whispering, "Time to do some shopping hun". Those words make her very, VERY happy and immediately wake her up.

Just about an hour later they're at some giant shopping mall and Amanda just holds Rebecca's wrist and pulls her all over the place saying that they should go there and there. They finally get to a store Amanda said would fit Rebecca's style. As they walk in Rebecca freezes in her steps as she looks at what she is sure to call her definition of clothing-heaven. She sees cute flower dresses, oversized sweaters and tops, "hipster" jackets and vintage (granny) clothes. Amanda laughs at Rebecca's reaction but the smile didn't last long because just a few seconds later she's holding a mountain of clothes Rebecca desperately wants to try on. When the tower of clothes was up to Amanda's eyes, blocking her sight, Rebecca decides to march to the fitting rooms.
After half an hour of Rebecca watching herself in the mirror saying nothing but sentences like "Eww no!", "YAAAS" and half-moaning the words "OMG" (there were 2 kinds of 'OMG's', a good one and a bad one), she walks out of the small closet and hands Amanda the clothes she wanted to buy. Amanda sighs in relief that the endless wait was over and walks with Rebecca to the cashier who happens to be a pretty good lookin' fella if you ask her. Rebecca whips her long, golden locks while wiggling her hips a bit more than usual and then she puts on the most charming smile she could conjure up, expecting the male to completely fall for her charms.

"Heyy", she said trying to be flirty but she gives up instantly as she saw a almost pitiful smile appear on the man's face which she isn't sure how to take and clears her throat. Luckily Amanda sees Rebecca's incredible failure and comes to rescue her awkward self from further embarrassment. She lays the pieces of clothing on the counter and it isn't until the cashier starts scanning them that Rebecca realizes that she picked a lot and isn't going to afford half of it. She nips Amanda's arm and whispers to her the situation and she chuckled. 'What's so funny?' Rebecca thought to herself but Amanda just continues to watch the handsome man scan Rebecca's dresses. When he's done he smiles and tells them that it would be 750000 won. Rebecca's eyes widen and she looks at Amanda with a look that said, 'I can't buy this'. Amanda just chuckles again and picks up her card from her wallet and pays for all of it. Rebecca freezes in her steps. "What did you just do??" She whisper-shouts at Amanda and by now her eyes were about size of a golf ball.

"I wasn't going to let you pay in our first shopping spree", Amanda laughs and sips from a coffee cup Rebecca didn't even realize she had...weird, "but you are definitely paying next time", she says while 'booping' Rebecca's nose, and then she just leaves.

"Hey! Wait!!" Rebecca yells at her but Amanda doesn't stop and turns by a corner.

"WAIT, YOU BASTARD!", and with those words Amanda immediately stopped and looked at Rebecca, her mouth forming an 'o' and her eyes going wide, probably because she isn't used that kind of language coming from Rebecca's oh so innocent mouth.
"Where did that come from?" she asks surprized. "You didn't wait for me so you deserve being called a 'bastard'", Rebecca said, not looking at her and walking past her. Amanda chuckles and hurries to Rebecca's side.

They had walked around the mall for about 10 minutes when Rebecca's stomach starts growling.
"I'm hungry" she whines with a little pout which makes Amanda roll her eyes and lead the way to a food court stationed inside the mall.
At the food court were many kinds of fast food restaurants. Amanda buys McDonald's for herself but Rebecca wants to try kimchi stirred rice so she shows her a little cart in the middle of the court where she can buy dishes that are similar since no kimchi stirred rice is to be found. They eat in a comfortable silence and decide to check out a few stores later.

When they get back home Rebecca  immediately runs in and lets herself fall down on the sofa and decides that it would be great to just stay there for the rest of her life. Amanda and her then decide that they should just skip dinner and try on the clothes they bought with her other clothes to make the perfect outfits.
After 2 hours they had completed outfits for the rest of Rebecca's life and lay on the bed and sigh, feeling exhausted. Amanda then goes to her room to sleep leaving Rebecca alone with her thoughts. She is almost asleep when it hits her....she's in KOREA, the home of her one true bias mr. Kim Tae Hyung. That fact makes her facepalm so hard that she was probably close to breaking her face. How could she come to Korea without at least trying to get tickets to a BTS concert or better, a meet and greet!! Rebecca had to talk to Amanda about this tomorrow. Like seriously.
She has a hard time falling asleep after her terrible discovery but finally she falls into her dreamland after what seems like hours of drowning in her own thoughts.
