I smiled at the cashier and thanked her as I grabbed my bag.

"we're just chilling ya know"

Mel stopped walking and looked at me,"just chilling? fuck does that mean?"

"we not in a relationship or nothing just having fun we both know where we stand"

"mhm"

Khalib was cool but he wasn't ready for commitment and to be honest neither was I especially after my last relationship & let's just say he scared me for life.

I waved her off,"enough about me what about you and Kain?"

She shrugged "what about us? I tried to give him what he wanted and he didn't know how to handle me so we just doing us"

"aw boo,cheer up he'll come back"

"I don't want his stank ass back them ugly hoes can keep him"she pouted folding her arms.

I smiled my cousin was slowly but surely falling for that nappy headed little boy.

"yea yea" I opened the door to 'sneaker headz', Monica's brother also my cousin Kevin owned the store,dude is a big time sneaker head.

He opened the store about three years ago,after the business took off he opened three more stores in different locations,he takes old shoes and repairs them making them look brand new,and he gives back to the community by supplying young boys and girls shoes every once in a while.

"what's up my favorite girls" he smiled walking from the back with a shoe box in his hand,he handed it to a lady who sat with what looked to be her sons.

"hiya" I walked towards the back where his office is to eat my food I got from the food court.

Khalib sat in the spinning chair tossing a basketball into the air and kain sat in one of the chairs in the corner.

"what's up,you brought me food?" I frowned and snatched my bag away from Kain.

"no little boy but I don't mind giving you some" I sat my purse on his lap and placed myself on Khalib's lap opening the container to my loaded tots and boneless wings.

"so you just gone use me as a chair but not say hello or hi to me" his hands found their way to my butt playing with it like playdoh.

"sorry" I popped a tot in my mouth Kain reached over and took the container top that I put food on for him and mumbled a thanks.

"yea whatever give me some" I picked up a wing and held it towards his mouth and he shook his head no.

"tots?" I asked pointing at them.

He shook his head again and nodded towards my lips,smiling I reached down and pecked his.

"dead ass was not a kiss" leaning back down I kissed him again this time adding a little tongue.

"ay ay cut that shit out" Kevin mushed my head back almost causing me to fall but Khalib caught me pulling me back up.

"tryna freak my cousin in my office chair take that shit to the public bathroom"

I smacked my teeth,Kevin was one of those annoying immature older brothers nobody wanted but still loved.

he sat on the desk and crossed his legs eating my wings,I guess sharing is caring huh?

"yo I ever told y'all about the time I was having sex with this girl I mean lil ma was bad asf! had the biggest ass like dawgggg"

"anyway I was hitting it in the guts I was giving shawty my all,she started shaking and I'm like yeaaa Mr.pipe will do that to you,how about that nasty ass bitch shitted! I mean shit was going every fucking where and she talking bout that's the first time she ever squirted"

everybody was doubled over laughing while I was gagging it's some nasty ass hoes out here.

"I pushed her ass off me cussed her out took a long ass hot shower while I made her stand on some newspaper and then I made her ass shower with the hose and then called her mama so fucking nasty" he threw the container in the trash.

Kain looked up from his phone and over at Kevin "nigga you are suppose to be running a shop"

"Tony up there"

"nigga tony doesn't even know how to count past five"

"you right get the fuck outta my office I don't trust y'all around my money"

"If you don't go back up front with tony you not gone have no money or no shoes when people come in here and take them"

"hey mom" I answered the phone and positioned it between my shoulder and ear.

"hey baby girl what you doing?"

"folding up some towels,where's dad?"

she sighed and I knew she rolled her eyes "another damn business trip"

my mom rarely cursed but when she did she was more than upset.

"I know he's tired that's the third trip in two weeks"

"yea child let me stop talking about your father before I go on a cursing spree,how is life going with your little boo?"

I laughed I was about to answer her before Khalib cut me off.

"baby where's the lotion?" He only had on a towel,water dropped down into his towel causing me to follow it and lord how I wish I could remove that towel with my eyes.

"Under the sink,um sorry mom what were we taking about?"

She laughed loudly I pulled the phone away from my ear she had the loudest loud ever,it was more like an over exaggerated scream.

"girl nothing go tend to your little friend oh yea me and your father will be there in two days our plane arrives at 12:20 in the afternoon bye love you"

Before I could respond she quickly hung up I sighed and ran my hands through my hair.
